Asuka, Shayna Baszler, Nia Jax Qualify For Women’s Money In The Bank Match
The women’s Money in the Bank ladder match has its first two participants.
On Monday’s WWE Raw, Asuka defeated Ruby Riott to become the first female to qualify for the women’s ladder match at Money in the Bank. Asuka vs. Riott was the first of three qualifying matches on Raw. The former SmackDown Women’s Champion was able to put Riott away with Asuka Lock, forcing the tap out.

Later in the night, Shayna Baszler qualified for the women’s Money in the Bank match by making short work of Sarah Logan, stopping on her arm and forcing the referee to cause a stoppage.

In the final qualifying match, Nia Jax defeated Kairi Sane with the Anialator (press slam into samoan drop).

WWE Money in the Bank is scheduled for May 10. The winner of the Money in the Bank ladder match can cash-in at any time within a year and receive an automatic WWE title match.
