Arn Anderson Feels Brock Lesnar Would’ve Fit In Well In The Territory Era

Arn Anderson thinks that Brock Lesnar would have done very well for himself in the territory era of wrestling.

Brock Lesnar is one of the biggest superstars of the last decade in wrestling. However, with his laundry list of credentials, Brock Lesnar is often seen as one of the only Superstars who could have translated well in any era of wrestling regardless of what the prevalent style at the time was.

On a recent episode of his podcast, Arn Anderson weighed in on how well he feels Brock Lesnar would have done during his heyday in the territories. To no surprise, Arn Anderson thinks Brock Lesnar would have done just fine and fit in at the top of the card.

“Sky would have been the limit, I would think. He would have been as big of a star as whatever company was smart enough to make him because he is one of those unique entities that only comes along, not every decade, it’s once in a lifetime,” Anderson began.

He continued, “Because things were set up differently and there were more options and there were more scenarios, I would think he would have been a little more versatile as far as he would have been a guy that you could have beat At some point. But you would have certainly built your company around him. He wouldn’t be a guy that had never gotten beaten in years and years and years. You know, under the right circumstances, it never hurts anybody to get beat. It just has to be, the circumstances need to be plausible and believable. I just think that he’s such a monster, but he’s capable of so many things offensively and so many things defensively that he’s just such a world-class athlete and his look and his size and all of those things… I mean, you’re talking about a heel that you could have pushed to the moon with your big star sitting over on the other side of the ball waiting on him.”

Brock Lesnar has not been seen in present-day WWE since he lost the WWE Championship to Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 36.
