Andrade undergoes surgery.
Andrade El Idolo took to social media to reveal that he underwent surgery for a torn pectoral muscle. It is unknown how long Andrade will be out of action.
Andrade hasn’t wrestled since AEW All Out when he competed in the casino ladder match. He was scheduled to wrestle Preston Vance on the October 7 episode of AEW Rampage, but Tony Khan announced that the match was off the week of the show.
It was reported on October 5 that Sammy Guevara and Andrade El Idolo got into a backstage altercation that saw Andrade get sent home for his actions.
