– The ‘Over The Budget’ Battle Royal saw Flip Gordon disguise himself as “Chico El Luchador” and enter the Battle Royal and eliminate Bully Ray to win and earn himself a shot at the ROH World Championship later on in the night.
– Stephen Amell crashed through a table in his singles match debut against Christopher Daniels. Despite the effort from Amell, he was eventually bested by the seasoned Daniels.
– The current IMPACT Knockouts Champion Tessa Blanchard stood tall in the Four-Way match featuring Chelsea Green, Britt Baker and Madison Rayne.
– Following Adam “Hangman” Page defeating Joey Janela in a Chicago Street Fight, “Hangman” was left gasping for air as he bare witnessed to the rise from the grave of Joey Ryan. Joey had a group druid-genetalia accompany him to the ring the genitalia carried Page to the back.
– Cody defeated NIck Aldis to become the new NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion. Both competitors had unique entrances as they were accompanied to the ring by their respective star-studded entourages.
– The current ROH World Champion Jay Lethal channeled his inner-“Black Machismo” for his title defense against Flip Gordon. Lethal was also accompanied to the ring by the brother of Randy Savage, Lanny Poffo.
– Following Pentagon Jr. and Kenny Omega’s bout, the lights went off in the Sears Centre and when they cut back on Chris Jericho was playing possum in the middle of the ring dressed in Pentagon Jr.’s ring attire. Jericho then alerted Omega that he will be seeing the current IWGP Heavyweight Champion on the Chris Jericho Cruise.
