All Elite Wrestling returns to pay per view with Full Gear tonight at 8pm EST!

Good evening Fight Fans, we hope your weekend has been going well and you’re ready for All Elite Wrestling Full Gear!

The Buy In

– We open with an extended video package for Chris Jericho versus MJF in which MJF gets to join the Inner Circle if he beats Chris.

– We get an extended video package for Cody versus Darby Allin for the TNT Championship.

– We get an extended video package for the AEW Women’s Championship between the champion Hikaru Shida and the challenger Nyla Rose.

– We get an extended video package for Kenny Omega versus Hangman Page where the winner will earn an opportunity to challenge for the AEW World Championship at a future date.

– We get an extended video package for the AEW World Tag Team Championship between the champions FTR and the challengers The Young Bucks in which the Bucks will never again be able to challenge for the titles if they lose.

– We then get an extended video package for our main event for the AEW World Championship where Jon Moxley will defend against Eddie Kingston in an I Quit match.

– We get a backstage interview with MJF ahead of his match against Chris Jericho later tonight on the main card.

– We then go to the ring for our featured match in the Buy In featuring a match for the NWA Women’s World Championship between the champion Serena Deeb and the challenger Allysin Kay.

NWA Women’s World Championship Match

Serena Deeb (c) vs Allysin Kay

Kay and Deeb lock up before Deeb locks in a side headlock and Kay counters into a side headlock take over for a one count. Serena and Allysin exchange wrist locks and Serena hits a dragon screw before focusing on the leg and knee of Kay. They slap each other before Kay takes Deeb down and punches her in mount before chopping and stomping her in the corner. Allysin misses a running splash in the corner before Deeb hits a hanging neckbreaker in the ropes. Allysin gets two off of a Gedo clutch before sending Serena out of the ring before dropping her across the top rope and clotheslining her for two.

Deeb fights out of a straight jacket and hits a back stabber before locking in an octopus stretch. Kay hits a sit-out powerbomb for two before locking in a rear naked choke, but Deeb quickly drives Kay back into the corner to get free. Allysin hits a spine buster for two before Deeb counters a sleeper hold and they clothesline each other. Serena comes back with uppercuts and a stomp before hitting a sliding cross body and a swinging neckbreaker into a hanging neckbreaker for two. Kay counters a piledriver into a powerbomb before hitting the AK-47, but Deeb rolls out of the ring to avoid the pin.

Deeb then hits a dragon screw in the ropes into a butterfly face buster for a near fall before Deeb submits Kay with the Serenity Lock.

Winner: Serena Deeb retains her NWA Women’s World Championship by defeating Allysin Kay via submission.

– Thunder Rosa comes out after the match and faces off with Deeb while pointing to the title, staking her claim for the next title shot.

– Eddie Kingston, Rey Fenix, Pentagon and Bunny, The Butcher and The Blade are interviewed backstage ahead of his challenging for the world title.

Main Card

– We open tonight’s main card with a video package for all seven of tonight’s matches.

AEW World Championship Eliminator Tournament Finals Match

Kenny Omega vs Hangman Page

The former partners forgo a handshake before they lock up and go all around the ring before Page drops Kenny. Page dodges a V-Trigger before they exchange chops and Kenny sends Page out of the ring with a head scissors. Page drops Kenny with a boot when Kenny teases a tope before hitting a fall away slam. Page hits a superplex for two before Kenny rolls out of the ring and Page chops Kenny around ringside. They exchange chops at ringside before Page throws Kenny into the railing and Kenny hits a moonsault off of the railing.

Back in the ring Kenny hits a leg lace for one before they chop each other more and Kenny hits a rolling senton before following up with a moonsault for two. Page comes back with a clothesline that turns Kenny inside out and down onto the floor before missing a tope. Kenny hits a baseball slide before hitting following up with a flipping senton before rolling Page back into the ring. Kenny goes up top and hits a missile dropkick for two before Page counters a snap dragon suplex. They counter each other’s attempt at a One Winged Angel before Kenny hits a V-Trigger when Page goes for the Buckshot Lariat.

Kenny counters a Dead Eye on the ramp before Page powerbombs Kenny onto the ramp. Back in the ring Page hits a pop up powerbomb for two before they exchange strikes until Kenny hits a Tiger Driver for a near fall. Page dodges a V-Trigger before Kenny hits a discus elbow into a snap dragon and Page hits Dead Eye for a near fall. Kenny counters the Buckshot Lariat before Page gets a near fall off of a jack knife cover before Kenny hits a dragon screw in the ropes. Kenny then ducks a Buckshot Lariat into two V-Triggers before Page briefly counters the One Winged Angel before Kenny hits it for the pin and the win.

Winner: Kenny Omega defeats Hangman Page via pinfall to gain an opportunity to challenge for the AEW World Championship.

Orange Cassidy vs John Silver

Orange hits a snap mare into a crucifix for two before hitting a shotgun dropkick before John hits a scoop slam. John rips the pockets out of the jeans of Orange before kicking him in the chest and tossing him across the ring. John plays to the crowd before tossing Orange back across the ring and choking him in the corner. Orange comes back with a tornado guillotine that John turns into a brain buster for two. John drops Orange with a kick whipping him into the corner for one and Orange comes back with a diving cross body.

Orange hits a tornado DDT for two before John meets him up top and Orange counters a superplex. John hits a gorilla press into a running boot before Orange counters the Spin Doctor into a Michinoku driver for two. John comes back with a flurry of kicks before ducking an Orange Punch for two before hitting a stunner. John then hits the Spin Doctor for a near fall before Orange ducks a discus clothesline into an Orange Punch and the Beach Break for the pin and the win.

Winner: Orange Cassidy defeats John Silver via pinfall.

TNT World Championship Match

Cody (c) w/Arn Anderson vs Darby Allin

The two lock up and exchange hammer locks before Cody takes Darby down to the mat. They exchange standing switches before Cody rolls out of the ring and Arn advises Cody to bully Darby. Back in the ring Darby gets two before Cody rolls back out and Darby hits a suicide dive. Cody dumps Darby over the top rope and back first onto the ramp before focusing on the now injured arm of Darby once they’re back inside. Cody hip tosses Darby and locks in a short arm scissors before Cody transitions into a hammer lock.

Cody starts show boating and doing push ups which enrages Arn before Cody goes back to being serious and slams Darby off of the top for two. Darby comes back with a flurry into a code red for two before Cody drops him with a kick. Darby counters Cross Rhodes and sends Cody into the now exposed turnbuckle before Cody hits Darby from behind when he goes up top. Cody hits an avalanche Cross Rhodes for a near fall, Darby’s arm under the bottom rope before Cody drags Darby to the corner. Darby gets on the back of Cody before Cody goes up top and falls backwards with Darby on his back.

Darby rolls out of the ring and is nearly counted out before scrambling back inside and Cody hits several scoop slams. Cody implores Darby to stay down before Darby gets a near fall off of a jack knife. Darby counters a Beautiful Disaster for a near fall before hitting a Coffin Drop for a third consecutive near fall. Darby then counters Cross Rhodes into a sunset flip for the pin and the win.

Winner: Darby Allin defeats Cody via pinfall to become the new AEW TNT champion.

– FTW attack Darby after the match before they try to break his arm and he’s saved by Will Hobbs who runs them off with a chair.

– We get a backstage interview with the Natural Nightmares ahead of their Bunkhouse match against The Butcher and The Blade on Dynamite.

AEW Women’s World Championship Match

Hikaru Shida (c) vs Nyla Rose w/Vickie Guerrero

They brawl before Shida hits several dropkicks with Nyla against the ropes before hitting a running knee for two. Shida sends Nyla out onto the apron and kicks her leg out before hitting a running knee lift. Shida sends Nyla into the railing before setting a chair up and Nyla clotheslines her. Nyla gets a table out from underneath the ring before grabbing a chair and Shida hits a flying knee out of nowhere. Shida sends Nyla into the crowd before the referee checks on Nyla and Vickie hits Shida with a kendo stick when the referee is distracted.

Nyla sends Shida into the railing before trapping her leg in the frame of the ring. Nyla wraps the knee of Shida around the post before chop blocking Shida once they’re back in the ring. Nyla focuses on the leg of Shida for two before hitting a scoop slam into a splash for another two count. Nyla locks in a single leg Boston crab before Shida meets Nyla on the top turnbuckle and Nyla slams her down to the mat. Nyla misses a diving senton before Shida hits a sliding forearm for two before suplexing Nyla for two.

Nyla blocks a running knee before Shida hits a running cross body and Nyla throws her down onto the mat for two. Nyla hangs Shida across the top rope before hitting a diving knee drop across the back of Shida for two. Shida meets Nyla on the top turnbuckle and smashes her face into the top turnbuckle before kicking her off and down onto the ramp. Shida hits a diving dropkick and rolls Nyla back into the ring before hitting a missile dropkick for two. Nyla clotheslines and powerbombs Shida for a two count that she herself breaks up before hitting a PK for a surprising one count.

Shida hits a back drop before hitting a running knee in the corner before hitting an avalanche falcon arrow for a near fall. Vickie grabs the ankle of Shida when she runs the ropes before Nyla knocks Shida off of the apron. Shida sends Nyla into Vickie before rolling her back into the ring and hitting a falcon arrow for a near fall. Shida then hits a running knee for two before hitting another running knee and several knees to the face for the pin and the win.

Winner: Hikaru Shida retains her AEW Women’s World Championship by defeating Nyla Rose via pinfall.

– Vickie screams at Nyla after the match before slapping Nyla and leaving before Nyla reluctantly follows her.

AEW World Tag Team Championship Match

FTR (c) vs The Young Bucks

Matt and Cash start things off for their respective teams by locking up several times before Cash picks the ankle of Matt several times. Matt kicks Cash out of the ring before Cash gets back inside and the four square off. Dax and Nick come in and Dax takes Nick down to the mat before they run the ropes and Nick takes Dax down with a straight armbar. Dax backs Nick into the corner and tags in Cash who is immediately hit with an arm drag before the Bucks double up on Cash for two. FTR cut the ring in half before Nick takes out both members of FTR with a dropkick.

TYB hit stereo head scissors into stereo dropkicks before clearing the ring and Dax accidentally punches the post. Back in the ring Matt beats Dax down and stomps him in the corner before the Bucks focus on the injured hand of Dax. Matt misses a moonsault, but lands on his feet before Dax dumps him out of the ring and Cash tales over while Dax is attended to by the ringside physician. Dax comes back in and hits Matt with elbow drops and a headbutt dragging him to the corner where Cash wraps the knee of Matt around the post. Cash is all over Matt once they’re back in the ring, brutalizing his injured knee before Matt sends Dax into the post.

Nick brawls with Cash on the apron before Dax knocks Nick off of the apron and superplexes Matt before Matt gets his knees up when Cash goes for a diving splash. Matt gets two off of an inside cradle before sending Cash over the top rope and onto the floor and DDTing Dax. Matt gets the hot tag to Nick who takes out both members of FTR and hits a diving cross body back in the ring. FTR hit a Hart Attack for two before Nick hits a cheeky nandos to Dax and Matt gets the blind tag before TYB hit a spear into a PK for two. FTR hit an electric chair bulldog for two before Dax spears Nick off of the apron and Nick superkicks both members of FTR before hitting a 3D into a Twist of Fate and a Swanton Bomb for a near fall.

Everyone hits a move before Matt gets a near fall off of a crucifix and rocks Dax with punches and kicks. Matt drops Dax with a superkick as Dax drops him with a punch and Dax clotheslines Matt before FTR hit a Meet in the Middle for a near fall. Nick takes out Cash on the ramp before Matt locks in a sharpshooter on Dax and Dax gets to the ropes before Matt superkicks his injured hand. Matt reapplies the sharpshooter before Nick locks in one on Cash and FTR crawl to each other before Matt lets go off the hold when his own knee can’t take anymore pain. Dax counters More Bang for Your Buck before Matt snaps his fingers and the Bucks hit a BTE-Trigger for a near fall that Cash breaks up.

Matt brings a chair into the ring before he throws it down and Cash powerbombs Nick through a table. FTR hit Matt with the Mind Breaker for a near fall before Cash rips the boot off of Matt’s foot and stomps his bare foot. Dax locks in an inverted figure four with an ankle lock before Cash misses a spear and Nick hits a 450 to break up the submission for a near fall. Cash then nearly knocks Matt out with a kick before missing a 450 and Matt superkicks him before falling backwards onto Cash for the pin and the win.

Winner: The Young Bucks defeat FTR via pinfall to become the new AEW World Tag Team champions.

– Kenny Omega comes out after the match and celebrates with the Bucks.

Elite Deletion Match

Matt Hardy vs Sammy Guevara

Sammy arrives at the Hardy Compound as we see he’s being watched by Neo 1 and Matt welcomes him via a hologram. Matt nearly kills Sammy when he drives over his golf cart with a monster truck before Sammy hits him with a trash can at the match starts. Sammy gets two before hitting Matt with the trash can several more times and Matt suplexes Sammy onto the ground. Matt sends Sammy face first into a tree before Sammy superkicks him and suplexes Matt onto his own front lawn for two. Sammy beats Matt down by the fountain before Matt hits Sammy with a scepter. Matt and Sammy make their way to a ring set up outside before rolling him into the ring and missing a running splash in the corner.

Sammy hits an enzuigiri before Matt hits a Side Effect for two and gets attacked by Ortiz and Santana. Private Party come to Matt’s aid and even the odds before Matt uses a Roman candle before Sammy fires back at Matt with one of his own. Private Party take out Santana and Ortiz before Matt hits Sammy with a Twist of Fate and Gangrel shows up with Hurricane Helms hostage. Matt saves Hurricane before Sammy takes out Hurricane before superkicking Matt and Shane Helms before dumping him into the Lake of Reincarnation. Everyone makes their way back to the ring before all eight men brawl in and around the ring until Sammy stalks Matt into the dark woods.

Sammy stalks Matt with a sledgehammer before Neo 1 locks Sammy in the Dome of Deletion. Sammy detaches the bottom turnbuckle and hits him with the hook before wrapping the rope around Matt’s neck. Sammy nearly chokes Matt unconscious before laying him on a table in the center of the ring. Sammy climbs a ladder and mocks Matt before hitting a Swanton Bomb off of the ladder and onto Matt through the table for a near fall. Matt then comes back with a Twist of Fate before they go through a table at ringside and hits Sammy with a chair before hitting him across the back of the head with the chair for the pin and the win.

Winner: Matt Hardy defeats Sammy Guevara via pinfall.

– Matt and Private Party put Sammy in a garbage can after the match and put it into the back of a pickup truck before Senor Benjamin drives off as Reby plays piano. Matt, PP, Reby and Hurricane Helms then celebrate and shoot fireworks into the sky.

– We get a promo by Jake Roberts and Lance Archer who are fed up with Lance not receiving the opportunities and competition he hungers for before Lance threatens the entire roster until he’s fed.

Chris Jericho vs MJF w/Wardlow

MJF offers Chris a handshake before they brawl and Chris runs MJF over before hitting a back suplex for one. Chris and MJF exchange chops before MJF comes back with a clothesline and tears at the mouth and nose of Chris. MJF clotheslines Chris over the top rope before Chris drags him out of the ring and sends him into the railing. Chris slams MJF onto the floor before sending him face first into the apron and back first into the post. Chris accidentally elbows the post before MJF sends him shoulder first into the post before Chris hits a back drop and MJF counters a clothesline.

MJF bites the fingers of Chris and traps him in the corner before stomping and choking him in the corner. Chris pokes MJF in the eyes and drops him with shoulder blocks before hitting a diving ax handle. Chris hits a Lionsault before following up with a frankensteiner for two before MJF chops him in the throat. MJF goes up top before Chris crotches him and MJF counters a superplex into a diving stomp to the arm. MJF wrenches Chris down to the mat for two before screaming at Chris and shoving his face.

They exchange strikes until MJF pokes the eyes of Chris and Chris drops him with a knife edge chop. MJF locks in a Fujiwara armbar before Chris counters into a Walls of Jericho and MJF gets to the ropes right before tapping. Chris thinks that he’s won before arguing with the referee and stomping MJF before MJF tries to grab the referee. The referee scolds MJF before MJF hits Chris with a Code Breaker into a Heat Seeker for two before Chris hits a Code Breaker for a two count of his own. MJF gets two off an inside cradle before catching the Judas Effect and locking in the Salt of the Earth.

Chris gets his fingertips on the bottom rope for the break before Wardlow comes out and gives MJF a ring. Wardlow then distracts the referee before Jake Hager gives Chris a bat and MJF plays like he was hit with it before rolling Chris up with the tights for the pin and the win.

Winner: MJF defeats Chris Jericho via pinfall to gain entry into the Inner Circle.

– After the match Chris, MJF, Wardlow and Jake are in the ring before Chris and MJF shake hands and Chris welcomes MJF snd Wardlow into the Inner Circle.

– We get a video for AEW Revolution on February 27th before we go backstage to an interview with Orange Cassidy and The Best Friends before they’re interrupted by Kip Sabian, Penelope Ford and Miro.

AEW World Championship I Quit Match

Jon Moxley (c) vs Eddie Kingston

Jon goes right after Eddie and drops him with right hands before they chop each other and Jon takes Eddie down to the mat. They get to their feet and exchange more chops before Eddie hits an overhead belly to belly suplex. Jon rolls out of the ring before Eddie rolls him back inside and grabs a chair before Jon hits a suicide dive and throws a chair at Eddie. Jon sends Eddie into the railing before snapping his fingers and suplexing Eddie onto the floor. Eddie bites the forearm of Jon before sending him into the railing and the post before tossing chairs into the ring.

A bloodied Jon hits Eddie with a barbed wire baseball bat before digging it into Eddie’s forehead. Eddie comes back with a pair of back suplexes before Jon gouges his eyes and Eddie chokes Jon. Eddie slam Jon onto the barbed wire bat before hitting him with a chair and hitting Jon with a piece of barbed wire wrapped around his fist. Eddie drops Jon with a spinning back fist before locking in a Kimura and Jon bites Eddie to get free before Eddie sets two chairs up and Jon suplexes him onto the chairs. Eddie clotheslines Jon and dumps a bag of thumb tacks onto the mat in the corner before they exchange suplexes and Jon clotheslines Eddie.

Eddie counters a Paradigm Shift and hits a spinning uranage to Jon onto the tacks before kicking Jon low. Eddie kicks Jon low a second time before digs his boot into his groin before pouring rubbing alcohol across the punctured back of Jon. Eddie punches Jon with a handful of tacks and locks in a bulldog choke before Jon gets to his feet and locks in a sleeper hold. Jon then hits a piledriver into a bulldog choke before hitting the Paradigm Shift and locking in a bulldog choke with the barbed wire wrapped around his arm and Eddie is forced to say that he quits.

Winner: Jon Moxley retains his AEW World Championship by defeating Eddie Kingston when he makes Eddie say I Quit.

– Kenny Omega comes out to the ring after the match, but doesn’t enter the ring before leaving and allowing Jon to celebrate as we go off the air.
