Hammerstone was set to compete at AAW Destination Chicago on September 1, but the company has announced that he will be unable to compete due to an injury.
Hammerstone had been advertised for the AAW Tag Team Championship match at the show; he was set to join forces with Ace Perry to challenge Jah-C and ACH for the titles.

Due to injuries, both @alexhammerstone and @TheBraydenLee will be unable to be a part of Destination Chicago this Thursday night.

Hammerstone last wrestled at the Future Stars of Wrestling show on August 21.
As of this writing, Hammerstone is set to defend the MLW World Heavyweight Championship against Bandido at MLW Super Series on September 18.
