AJ Styles On CM Punk: Some People Aren’t Capable Of Doing Good Business
AJ Styles wants nothing to do with CM Punk.
In June, CM Punk called out Styles on social media when discussing those who have and haven’t spoken out regarding the racial injustice in America. Punk initially wrote, “Lotta people snitching on themselves. When people tell you who they are, believe it. Might be unfortunate and disappointing if you’re a fan of that person, or if it’s your grandmother, but fuck ‘em. Good bye! (I yield my time, fuck you.)”
A fan responded, saying “Right!?! Silence speaks volumes. Seeing AJ Styles promote streams and shit but couldn’t be bothered to post anything made it clear how he feels. That was a tough unfollow…”
In a now-deleted tweet, Punk said, “Well come on. That one has been obvious for years.”
Styles initially said he would not react to Punk’s comments, but said a little more regarding Punk on his Twitch stream.
“I’m all about business and some people I don’t think are capable of doing good business. It’s that simple. He’s not worth my time. This guy just likes to get attention, even if it’s bad,” he said before moving on to the next topic.
That settles that.
Elsewhere during his Twitch stream, Styles commented on Paul Heyman and moving to SmackDown. You can find his full comments by clicking here.
