AEW Women’s Title Eliminator Tournament Update: Finals Set For 3/3 AEW Dynamite
The finals in the AEW Women’s Title Eliminator Tournament are set.
On Monday, Nyla Rose defeated Thunder Rosa to advance to the finals of the tournament. She will meet Ryo Mizunami on the March 3 episode of AEW Dynamite. The winner of the bout will face Hikaru Shida for the AEW Women’s Championship at AEW Revolution on March 7.
Rose picked up the victory by catching Rosa in a powerbomb as she was coming off the top rope.
Rose defeated Tay Conti in the first round and Riho in the US semifinal before besting Rosa in the US Finals. Over in Japan, Mizunami went through Maki Itoh, Aja Kong, and Yuka Sakazaki in her run to the tournament finals.
