AEW TNT Title Match Set For 6/3 AEW Dynamite, Cody Announces Open Challenge
Jungle Boy will get the first crack at the AEW TNT Title on the June 3 Dynamite.
Jungle Boy won a battle royal on Wednesday’s Dynamite, last eliminating Orange Cassidy to secure the victory. Jungle Boy will now face Cody for the AEW TNT Title next week on Dynamite. Cody became the first-ever AEW TNT Champion at Double or Nothing by defeating Lance Archer in the finals of the tournament. Earlier in the night at Double or Nothing, Jungle Boy lost to MJF in singles competition.
Jungle Boy was able to get a measure of revenge on Dynamite when he eliminated MJF in the battle royal.

Earlier on AEW Dynamite, Cody announced that he would be a fighting champion, revealing that he plans on defending the AEW TNT Title each week in an open challenge.
