A #message from the #essentialcharacter⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I have agreed to terms with @ringofhonorwrestling as my chosen three-letter wrestling company.⁣⁣
⁣⁣
#RingOfHonor will provide me the corporate platform required to #free this industry, it’s competitors, and it’s fan base from⁣⁣
#conformity⁣⁣
#toxic #groupthink⁣⁣
archaic #storytelling⁣⁣
paint by number #movesets⁣⁣
banal #character development⁣⁣
⁣⁣
Ring of Honor is aware of the extreme value in a #FreeEC3, and has provided me not only beyond fair #financial compensation, but the #freedom to push forward #TheNarrative, it’s #content and most importantly it’s ideals:⁣⁣
•Control⁣⁣
•Freedom⁣⁣
•Purpose ⁣⁣
⁣⁣
I very much look forward to etching my name amongst (and above) those who built the foundation Ring of Honor, competing with it’s exceptional roster, finishing what I have started with Jay Brisco, and carrying the #brand forward into the future it deserves.⁣⁣

In an interview with WrestlingInc, Kenny King reflected on winning the New Japan Rumble inside of a packed Madison Square Garden at G1 Supercard.

“That’s the word ‘surreal,’ especially because of how everything is shut down,” King noted. “When everything is shut down, you kind of go back to your memories, and I see pictures of it all the time. I see, you know, myself getting sprayed in the face by a very ungracious, not-so-Great Muta. It causes retinal damage, and all I was trying to do shake his hand because it was a good fight! But to be able to stand in the middle of Madison Square Garden in the same ring as Jushin Thunder Liger [and] the Great Muta and get my hand raised, it’s just up there.

“I think that when you’re done doing this two things that you’ll have fixed in is you’ll always remember the time with the boys. That’s kind of one of the major underlying thing in anybody’s wrestling career. You don’t remember the matches but remember the boys, and I think that if you’re lucky enough, you create moments that you can hang your hat on and you can always just be proud of. I think that’s the mark of a successful career. That’s one of mine for sure.”

Speaking on The Angle podcast, Moose detailed his love for professional wrestling from a young age.

“Pro Wrestling is something I wanted to do since I was a kid since I was 8 years old. I took a halt because I played in the NFL. Football was one of those things that I didn’t know I was good at, so I tried it out and got scholarships from all of these schools and I got drafted. It kind of derailed my original goal, which was to be a Professional Wrestler. It was hard because a lot of wrestlers who come from football suck. And the stigma of being a football guy comes along with it. I’m still fighting that stigma.”

In an interview with Ryan Satin, Cesaro explains why he feels it was time for him and Shinsuke Nakamura to separate.

“I always thought me and Shinsuke were an awesome team, but as good as we were as a team, there are many singles goals that we have as singles competitors, too.

When Shinsuke did so well in that gauntlet, I thought that was awesome, you know? It gave him the chance to shine and he got his old theme music back which is awesome! It made me so happy. So, I was very happy for him. I’m still hoping he’s going to win the Intercontinental Championship. “

Speaking with ViBe and Wrestling, Riddle revealed how he feels about MSK winning the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic Tournament.

“MSK… they are awesome. I know those guys, I wrestled them in the past and they are hard workers, they get it, they are entertaining, I mean, did you see those guys eating popcorn the other day? They are very charismatic. They don’t care what you think about them and they delivered so honestly, I felt bad for Grizzled Young Vets because they got to the finals again and they didn’t win, so tears for them, but what a great start for MSK winning the Dusty Cup on their first tournament. I am happy for them. They are a couple of good bros.”

Ric Flair reveals a touching Thanksgiving message from The Undertaker. (via WrestlingInc)

“Happy Thanksgiving Champ!! Thank you for carrying this business and setting the bar of greatness! The bar we all strived to reach and very few have even gotten close to! Then, now and forever you are ‘The Champ’!! So proud to call you my friend.”

– Speaking with the official website for New Japan Pro-Wrestling, Naito explained his mission to stop Kota Ibushi from unifying the IWGP Heavyweight Championship and IWGP Intercontinental Championship

“Well. There are a ton of titles in NJPW right now. In my opinion, and it’s never changed, the one that really represents the very pinnacle of pro-wrestling is the IWGP Heavyweight Championship. Now I’m going to be honest; I’m not a fan of direct rematches. To lose a title and then come back and demand a rematch, I did it with EVIL last summer, but… But if I did nothing, Ibushi would go ahead with his plan to unify. he might do it tomorrow, or the next day. Yes, if I won New japan Cup, that would give me a rightful challenge, but he might unify before then. I couldn’t let that happen. So, no tranquilo. If I hadn’t challenged, I’d live to regret it.”

– Today, WWE stock closed at $49.40 per share.
