— The show begins and our commentary team of Excalibur, Taz, Ricky Starks and William Regal welcome us to tonight’s show, our two competitors for our opening contest of the evening are already in the ring and it’s time for an Owen Hart Foundation Tournament qualifier!
Adam Cole vs. Tomohiro Ishii (with Rocky Romero & Orange Cassidy) — Owen Hart Foundation Tournament Qualifier
— Cole goes on the attack early and clocks Ishii with a shoulder block, Ishii eats it and drops Cole to the mat with a trip but Cole gets back up and works in some mat-based offense to start. Ishii sends Cole to the outside then launched him into the ring post, Cole tries to come back with a clothesline but Ishii avoids and Cole goes flying into the ring post yet again. Ishii tosses Cole back into the ring, Cole comes back and plants Ishii with a neck-breaker, Ishii powers out of a head-lock and both competitors unload some heavy strikes. Ishii drills Cole with a pair of head-butts then a clubbing forearm to the throat before planting Cole with a scoop-slam then goes for the cover but Cole lifts the shoulders. Cole sends Ishii to the corner, Cole wallops him with a forearm, Ishii slams Cole and lands a suplex before going for the cover but Cole kicks out. Ishii goes for a power-bomb, Cole slides out and drops Ishii with a trip. Ishii comes back and lays Cole out with a clothesline, puts Cole on the top turnbuckle, follows him up and comes crashing down with Cole with a super-plex before going for the cover but Cole kicks out at two-and-a-half! Ishii drills Cole with a lariat, Cole comes right back and blasts Ishii with a super-kick and looks for The Boom but Ishii dives out of the way and drills Cole with a lariat before going for the cover but Cole kicks out. Cole lines Ishii up for the Panama Sunrise but Ishii drills Cole with a kick, then a head-butt and a clothesline. Jay White rushes down and shoved Rocky Romero into the steel steps, Ishii gets distracted by the attack, Cole hits Ishii with a low-blow then hits The Boom for the 1-2-3!
Winner – Adam Cole (Qualifies for Owen Hart Foundation Tournament)
— We then see Jericho Appreciation Society arriving to the arena earlier in the day and security shows up and they prevent everyone except for Daniel Garcia enter the building as the rest of JAS is banned from the arena as are Santana and Ortiz for Garcia’s match against Eddie Kingston, tonight. We then cut to a commercial break.
— Back from the break and Lexy Nair is with HOOK. Danhausen is shown crushing a bag of chips, HOOK approaches him and tells him ‘you wanted my attention…you got it now!’ HOOK exits and we head back to the ring for our next matchup of the evening.
Lance Archer vs. Serpentico
— Shawn Spears joins commentary for this one as Archer will face Wardlow on Dynamite, next Wednesday night. Serpentico dives on Archer right as the bell sounds, Archer knocks Serpentico out of the ring, drags him right back in, launches him to the corner then plants him with Black Out to get the quick three-count.
Winner – Lance Archer
— After the match, Archer plants Serpentico with a trio of choke-slams and we cut backstage where we see Mark Sterling hype up Tony Nese before we head to a commercial break.
Eddie Kingston vs. Daniel Garcia
— A heavy strike trade starts this one off. Kingston tosses Garcia to the corner and continues to strike. Garcia rolls to the outside, Kingston follows and chops him in the chest and launches Garcia into the barricade, then the steel steps. Garcia reverses momentum and fires Kingston into the steps and tosses Kingston back into the ring where he drills Kingston with some knees to Kingston’s mid-section. Kingston rolls to the outside, Garcia sends Kingston into the ring post and we head to a commercial break. Back from the break and both competitors are trading strikes whilst back in the ring, Garcia plants Kingston with a German suplex then goes for the cover but Kingston kicks out. Garcia tosses Kingston to the corner and lands a few stomps but Kingston fights out of the corner with a big boot and chokes Garcia with the middle rope. Garcia trips Kingston and locks-in a Boston Crab but Kingston crawls to the ropes and grabs the bottom rope to force the break from referee Bryce Remsburg. Garcia tries for the Sharpshooter, Kingston rolls out but runs into a German suplex from Garcia, who goes for the cover but Kingston lifts the shoulders after a count of two. Kingston comes back and knocks Garcia back with a kick, then goes for the spinning-back fist, Garcia blocks it, Kingston counters into a back-drop driver then nails Garcia with the spinning-back fist to get the 1-2-3!
Winner – Eddie Kingston
— After the match, Kingston grabs his belt and is about to whip Garcia with it but he stops himself, grabs a microphone and says this ‘whooping’ is gonna be saved for Chris Jericho.
— Backstage, we see Tony Schiavone with Keith Lee and Swerve Strickland. Lee says he used to look up to Taz but after Taz ‘tarnished’ he and Swerve’s match, last week, that stopped. Swerve calls out Ricky Starks and Powerhouse Hobbs and says they may have won the battle but ‘the war is far from over’. Lee and Swerve exit, we head to the announce table where Starks says Lee and Swerve don’t want a war with Team Taz, we then head to a commercial break.
— Back from the break and Tony Schiavone is backstage with Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. As well as Jamie Hayter and Toni Storm. Tony says she wants to know if Britt even knows who she is and says she’ll see Hayter in the first round of the Owen Hart Cup…and then maybe Britt will be next.
— Mark Henry then speaks with our two main eventers in TBS Champion Jade Cargill and challenger Marina Shafir in a tri-box on the screen and after a commercial break, it’s time for our main event of the evening.
Jade Cargill (C) (with Mark Sterling) vs. Marina Shafir — TBS Championship
— The camera pans to Red Velvet and Kiera Hogan who are seated in Cargill’s ‘Baddie Section’ and this one is underway. Shafir knocks Cargill back with an uppercut then grabs Cargill’s back and looks for a choke but Cargill shoves her aside. Cargill tosses Shafir out of the ring, Sterling distracts referee Aubrey Edwards and Hogan and Red get in a bunch of cheap shots on Shafir at ringside from over the barricade. Cargill gets Shafir back in the ring and lands an elbow before going for the cover but Shafir kicks out. Cargill scoop-slams Shafir and goes for another cover but Shafir kicks out once again and we head to a commercial break. Back from the break and Shafir rolls out of a slam and goes to the outside, trips Cargill in the ring and snaps Cargill’s leg back around the ring post. Shafir knocks Sterling down at ringside and gets back in the ring and works over Cargill’s now injured leg. Cargill trips Shafir to the outside, Red and Hogan distract Shafir, Cargill drills Shafir with a kick and slams her into the timeskeeper’s area. Cargill tosses Shafir back into the ring, goes for a cover by putting one foot on Shafir’s chest but Shafir snatched Cargill’s leg and looks for a leg-lock. Cargill stomps on Shafir’s face to get out of it, lifts Shafir and drops her to the mar with Jaded for the three-count!
Winner – Jade Cargill (C) (STILL TBS Champion)
— After the match, Cargill celebrates with her title as dollar bills and green balloons shower her as the show goes-off-the-air.
