All Elite Wrestling presented AEW Rampage on May 5, 2023 and it aired on TNT.
The show was highlighted by a Firm Deletion Match, while The Lucha Brothers & Hijo del Vikingo faced off against QT Marshall, Aaron Solow & Powerhouse Hobbs. Jade Cargill was also in action. Full results & highlights are listed below.

- The Lucha Brothers (Penta El Zero Miedo & Rey Fenix) & El Hijo Del Vikingo def. Powerhouse Hobbs, QT Marshall & Aaron Solo.
- There was video vignette promoting the Fatal Four Way Match between Jack Perry, Darby Allin, Sammy Guevara & AEW Champion MJF. MJF kicked a trash can during the video
- Chris Jericho was interviewed by Lexy Nair, with Jericho apologizing for not being able to be in commentary due to Adam Cole & Britt Baker, saying that he would bring some insurance that they are not in the same building as him next time.
- Jade Cargill (w/ Mark Sterling) def. Gia Scott.
- Prior to his match, Mark Briscoe was interviewed by Lexy Nair before Sonjay Dutt, Satnam Singh, Jay Lethal & Jeff Jarrett. Jarrett & Lethal promised to dethrone FTR for the AEW Tag Team Titles.
- Mark Briscoe def. Preston Vance (w/ Jose The Assistant).
- Lexy Nair interviewed Dustin Rhodes, who said that he was excited to return to Austin, Texas. Prince Nana, Swerve Strickland & Brian Cage of the Mogul Embassy attacked Rhodes from behind before Keith Lee ran them off to make the save.
- There was a video recap of Julia Hart & Anna Jay, recapping their feud, they will face each other on this Wednesday’s Dynamite.
- There was a video package promoting the AEW International Match between Orange Cassidy & Daniel Garcia. Cassidy promised to beat Garcia to retain the title.
- Firm Deletion Match: HOOK & Hardy Party (“Brother Zay” Isaiah Kassidy, Jeff Hardy & Matt Hardy) (w/ Reby Hardy, Maxwell Hardy & Señor Benjamin) def. The Firm (Stokely Hathaway, Ethan Page, Lee Moriarty & Big Bill) (w/ Stokely Hathaway).
- ROH Commentator Caprice Coleman was the special guest referee for the match.
