Kay and Deeb lock up before Deeb locks in a side headlock and Kay counters into a side headlock take over for a one count. Serena and Allysin exchange wrist locks and Serena hits a dragon screw before focusing on the leg and knee of Kay. They slap each other before Kay takes Deeb down and punches her in mount before chopping and stomping her in the corner. Allysin misses a running splash in the corner before Deeb hits a hanging neckbreaker in the ropes. Allysin gets two off of a Gedo clutch before sending Serena out of the ring before dropping her across the top rope and clotheslining her for two. Deeb fights out of a straight jacket and hits a back stabber before locking in an octopus stretch. Kay hits a sit-out powerbomb for two before locking in a rear naked choke, but Deeb quickly drives Kay back into the corner to get free. Allysin hits a spine buster for two before Deeb counters a sleeper hold and they clothesline each other. Serena comes back with uppercuts and a stomp before hitting a sliding cross body and a swinging neckbreaker into a hanging neckbreaker for two. Kay counters a piledriver into a powerbomb before hitting the AK-47, but Deeb rolls out of the ring to avoid the pin. Deeb then hits a dragon screw in the ropes into a butterfly face buster for a near fall before Deeb submits Kay with the Serenity Lock.
Winner: Serena Deeb retains her NWA Women’s World Championship by defeating Allysin Kay via submission.
– Thunderosa comes out after the match and faces off with Deeb while pointing to the title, staking her claim for the next title shot.
