AEW Dynamite Viewership Dips Slightly On 8/18/21
AEW Dynamite viewership was just slightly down on Wednesday.
Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics reports AEW Dynamite drew 975,000 viewers on August 18. This number is a tick down from the 979,000 viewers the show drew last Wednesday.
The show posted a 0.35 rating (447,000 viewers) in the 18 to 49 demographic. The rating (0.35) is identical but the viewership in the demographic is slightly down. Last Wednesday’s show drew 454,000 viewers in the demographic.
The show finished fourth among cable originals. The night was topped by Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, which drew a 0.40 rating in the 18 to 49 demographic.
AEW staggers its YouTube uploads but does give the top five moments from the show.
The top moment from the show is Chris Jericho’s entrance with the crowd singing “Judas.” The video has 450,000 views. Sting’s return to TNT is the second moment from the show, drawing 317,000 views.
