AEW Dynamite’s Ratings In 18-49 Demo Tied For Best In Cable For 12/2, NXT Finishes In Top 50
More details on the ratings breakdown for AEW Dynamite and NXT this week have been revealed.
Showbuzz Daily posted detailed ratings information on the top 50 programs on cable for December 2. AEW Dynamite this week finished with a 0.42 rating in the 18-49 demographic, which was tied for the highest on cable for the day. The other program that did that rating was ESPN’s college basketball program which went head-to-head with the first hour of Dynamite. As for NXT, the show drew a 0.16 rating in the 18-49 demographic, which was 40th best on cable for the day.
AEW Dynamite this week also drew a 0.56 rating in males 18-49, which was the second-highest rating on cable for the day while NXT drew a 0.19 rating. NXT did beat AEW Dynamite in ratings within the 50+ demo 0.35 to 0.26.
The December 2 episode of AEW Dynamite averaged 913,000 viewers, which is up from the 712,000 viewers the November 25 episode drew. This was Dynamite’s best viewership since September 9 when it drew 1.016 million viewers. The show also drew 543,000 viewers in the 18-49 demographic. As for NXT, this week’s show drew 658,000 viewers, down from November 25’s 712,000 viewers. NXT drew just 210,000 viewers in the 18-49 demographic.
