AEW Dynamite Records Decrease In Viewership, But Uptick In Demo Rating On 12/7/22

Viewership numbers for the December 7 episode of AEW Dynamite are in.

According to Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics, AEW Dynamite drew 840,000 viewers on December 7. This number is down from last week’s episode which drew 870,000 viewers. For several Spectrum customers, there were audio and visual issues throughout the duration of the show, potentially affecting overall viewership

The show posted a 0.29 (380,000 viewers) in the 18 to 49 demographic, which is up from the 0.26 rating that the show posted last week.  

Per ShowBuzz Daily, AEW Dynamite ranked #3 in P18-49 among cable originals for the day. Including broadcast primetime, it ranked #14.

Survivor on CBS (0.71) ranked #1 for Wednesday. NBA on ESPN took the #1 and #2 spots among cable originals in the key demo. Dynamite finished ahead of The Challenge on MTV, which had a 0.26 demo rating.
