– Taz, Tony Schiavone & Excalibur welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning into the opening match.
AEW International Championship Match.
Orange Cassidy (c) vs. Swerve Strickland (w/ Kaun, Toa Linoa, Brian Cage & Prince Nana of The Mogul Embassy).
The match began with the two staring at each other while the crowd chanted for Cassidy. Cassidy put his hands in his pockets before running the ropes and going for an arm drag, but Swerve landed on his feet. Swerve went for a Full Nelson, but Cassidy caught him with back elbows before ducking Cassidy’s crossbody. The two locked up before Cassidy went for a pin, but Swerve reversed it by locking in a Wrist Lock on Cassidy. Cassidy rolled onto the mat before locking in an Octopus Hold on Swerve before transitioning into the Tijeras. Cassidy went for the Tornado DDT, but Swerve blocked it before rolling out of the ring and doing Cassidy’s taunt. Cassidy rolled outside, but Strickland caught him and slammed him into the barricade before slamming Cassidy’s injured hand into the ring post. Back in the ring, Swerve hit an Irish Whip into an Uppercut on Cassidy in the corner before tossing him again with a Hammerthrow, but Cassidy dumped himself & Swerve out of the ring before hitting the Tijeras and a Tope Suicida on Swerve out of the ring. Back in the ring, Cassidy hit a Diving Cross-body before going for another move, but Swerve caught him with a jab before tossing him onto the apron. Swerve climbed to the top rope, but Cassidy slammed Swerve’s head into the ring post before the Picture-in-Picture break.
During the break, Nana got Swerve back up, but Cassidy slammed Swerve into the barricade while Nana argued with the referee. Nana pulled Cassidy of the apron, allowing Swerve to boot Cassidy on his neck while on the apron. Back in the ring, Swerve hit an Uppercut on Cassidy off the top rope before going for a Cocky Cover, but Cassidy kicked out at two. Swerve stomped onto Cassidy’s neck before going for the Cobra Clutch on Swerve, but Cassidy got back and broke off the hold. Cassidy hit a series of back elbows and a series of forearm strikes, but Swerve responded with a boot kick. Cassidy caught Swerve with a Thrust Kick before going for Beach Break, but Swerve blocked and attempted a suplex before Cassidy hit the Slumdog Millionaire on Swerve, but Swerve responded with a Flatliner.
Swerve laid in the uppercuts on Cassidy, but Cassidy responded with taunt strikes before getting a Backslide into a Tornado DDT on Swerve for a near fall. Cassidy went for a dive on Swerve, but Swerve caught him on the Apron and hit a Death Valley Driver on Cassidy onto the apron. Swerve got on the top rope, but Cassidy pulled himself into the opposite corner. Cassidy caught with Swerve with Three Thrust Kicks before hitting a Tornado DDT on Swerve onto the ring floor. Cassidy got Swerve back in the ring and hit a Diving DDT on Swerve, but Swerve kicked out at two. Cassidy went for the Hurricanrana and tried to clutch his hands, but Swerve kicked out at two. Swerve accidentally punched Prince Nana off the apron, allowing Cassidy to hit the Orange Punch into the Beach Break for a near fall before Swerve rolled out of the ring. Cassidy went for another Tope on Swerve, but Swerve caught him and hit a Brainbuster onto the outside. Swerve got Cassidy into the ring and went for a pump kick, but did a pump-fake and hit the Swerve Kick on Cassidy before hitting the Swerve Stomp for a near fall. Swerve went for a JML Driver on Cassidy, but Cassidy reversed it with an O’Connor Roll before pulling Swerve’s tights for the pinfall win.
The Mogul Embassy tried to attack Cassidy after the match, but Sting & Darby Allin came to the ring to make the save.
Winner AND STILL AEW International Champion: Orange Cassidy.
– There was a video package promoting the match between Ricky Starks & Jay White for the main event of the evening.
– There was a video package promoting the dream match between Bryan Danielson & Kazuchika Okada for the June 25th, 2023 edition of AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
Blackpool Combat Club (Wheeler Yuta, Jon Moxley, & Claudio Castagnoli) (w/ Bryan Danielson) vs. CHAOS (Rocky Romero, Trent Beretta, & Chuck Taylor).
Bryan Danielson joined the broadcast team for the match. Taylor tossed a chair at Moxley before the match before Romero hit a dive on Claudio & Beretta attacked Yuta before bringing him into the ring with a Superplex. Taylor hit a piledriver on Yuta to begin the match before going for the quick pin, but Claudio attacked Taylor to break the pin. Claudio tagged in and fired away at Taylor before Beretta pulled Yuta off the apron, while Romero pulled Moxley out of the ring and hit a Boot off the apron, allowing Taylor to hit a tope on Claudio to the outside. Taylor & Trent hit the Soul Food combo on Moxley before Taylor ran the ropes, but Yuta pulled his boot before Moxley hit a cutter on Taylor. Yuta & Caludio tagged in before they hit the Hart Attack into Claudio’s stomp on Taylor for a near fall before the break.
During the break, The BCC beat down Taylor in the corner before Moxley hit a clothesline on Taylor into he corner. Moxley thumbed Taylor’s eyes before he & Yuta hit a Butterfly Suplex/ Senton combo on Taylor for a near fall. Yuta got a wrist lock on Taylor before hitting a back elbow on Taylor for a near fall. Claudio tagged in and locked in a Rear Chin-Lock on Taylor, but Taylor hit elbows to the abdomen before Claudio hti a Gut Wrench Suplex on Taylor for a near fall. Yuta tagged in and went for a jab on Taylor, but Taylor caught him with a flatliner. Yuta hit. German Suplex before going. fora move on Taylor, but Tayllor caught him with a knee strike before Moxley & Trent tagged in. Trent hit a spear, a series of punches, and a series of chops on Moxley in the corner before Romero tagged in for the hot tag. Romero laid out everyone before hitting the Tijeras on Claudio. Trent & Romero hit a double knee-strike on Claudio before hitting a Cutter/ Double Stomp combo on Moxley for a near fall. Moxley got back up and went for a Piledriver, but Trent &Taylor reversed it with a Strong Zero for a near fall. After Claudio tried to interfere, Romero tagged in and locked in the Cross Arm-Breaker on Moxley. While that was happening, Trent went for a Moonsault on Caludio, but Claudio caught him mid-air with a vicious Uppercut. Meanwhile, in the ring, Moxley rolled out of Romero’s hold before locking in a Bulldog Choke while Yuta hit a Claymore Kick & a series of Anvil Elbows. Moxley cinched the hold deep before Romero tapped out.
Winners: Blackpool Combat Club (Wheeler Yuta, Jon Moxley, & Claudio Castagnoli).
– After the match, “Hangman” Adam Page & The Young Bucks called out The BCC to a Trios match for next week. Danielson accepted their challenge on behalf of the BCC.
– There was a video package promoting Kenny Omega & Will Ospreay ahead of their match for their Rematch for the IWGP United States Championship on Forbidden Door.
– AEW World Heavyweight Champion Maxwell Jacob Friedman (MJF) came to the ring to cut a promo in his first appearance since AEW Double Or Nothing. MJF called Colorado the most boring place in the world before saying that there was no competition for him in the company because “Nobody was on the level of the devil”. This was stopped when former ROH & NXT World Champion Adam Cole came to the ring to interrupt MJF’s promo. MJF cut Adam Cole’s music mid-entrance to the anger of the crowd, calling Friedman a “Piece of shit”. MJF put ver Cole because he was delighted that he was finally having some worthy competition.
MJF admitted that he was a fan of Adam Cole, saying that he was a fan of his work in ROH, even though he thought ROH sucked then. He called Adam Cole the greatest world champion in NXT History and praised him for his successful career, including his stint in CZW. MJF then said that Cole used to be the Panama Playboy but that he was now the Panama Gameboy, saying he looked like a Virgin Gollum before saying Britt Baker took “his balls on her purse” before criticizing Cole’s body. MJF said that AEW had done everything to make him special while all they had to do to make MJF special was ring the freaking bell (a reference to Cole’s promo on Karrion Kross). MJF said that Cole only made the jump to AEW because Vince McMahon thought he did not have “top guy potential”.
Cole finally got a microphone and said that MJF did not live to his status as a great before saying that he was sounding like a troll. Cole made fun of MJF’s relationship history before calling MJF a “World-Class Douche bag”. Cole then proceeded to ask MJF to piss in some cups to see “who was natural and who was not”. Cole appreciate that MJF studied his career, but Cole said that they were nothing alike because, unlike MJF, Cole was actually respected by the locker room. MJF said that it was a lot of tough talk for “Keith Lee’s manager” but Cole refuted and said that MJF was not going to wrestle him because MJF knew “he was better than him & everyone knew it”. MJF angrily responded by saying that he would wrestle him at anytime, but Cole said that he was happy that they now had a match. MJF was bamboozled.
– The Hardy Party (Isiah Kassidy, Jeff Hardy & Matt Hardy) welcomed Ethan Page to the faction before they instructed Page to apologize to Kassidy. Matt Hardy said that his goal was to make Page a better human and said that he can make Page a “better man”. Kassidy then moaned in Page’s ear.
Texas Tornado Tag Team Match.
JungleHOOK (“Jungle Boy” Jack Perry & HOOK) vs. LFI’s Dralistico & Preston Vance (w/ Jose The Assistant).
Dralistico & Vance attacked HOOK & Perry from behind to begin the match. Inside the ring, Perry & HOOK hhitti an Irish Whip/ Judo Throw on Dralistico. Jose The Assistant distracted HOOK before Vance pounced him on the outside. Dralistico got a camera cable and started whipping it on Perry’s back before trying to choke him out with them, while HOOK & Vance brawled on the crowd area. Perry regained control and started tearing Dralistico’s mask before whipping him with the cable.
During the break, Dralistico regained control and hit a Thrust Kick on Perry into the corner. On ringside, Dralistico & Perry exchanged chops after Dralistico set up a table on the outside. Dralistico got Perry back in the ring while Jose set up another table. Meanwhile, in the crowd area, Vance & HOOK brawled o the stairs. Back in the ring, Perry hit a suplex on Dralistico for a near fall. Dralsitico hit a pump kick, a cork screw kick, and a Diving Double Stomp on Perry onto the apron. Back from the break, HOOK got a hold. ofa chain before tossing Vance back into the ringside area and catching him with a Chain-Assisted Superman Punch, busing Vance open from the forehead. Vance whooped HOOK before tossing Perry onto the guard rail, allowing Dralistico to hit a dive on Perry to the outside. Dralistico. &Vance attacked HOOK before they went for a Double Chokeslam, but HOOK hit Dralistico with a T-Bone Suplex on the outside. HOOK brought Dralistico back in the ring, but Vance caught him with a Discus Lariat on the outside. Back in the ring, Vance got a chokehold with a chain before going for a piledriver, but Perry hit Vance with a chair before HOOK hit a T-Bone Suplex on Vance onto a table on the outside. Back in the ring, Perry hit a DDT on Dralistico onto a chair, but Jose The Assistant broke the pin. Jose taunted Perry, but HOOK locked him with a Redrum before Perry locked in the Snare Trap on Dralistico for the win.
Winners: JungleHOOK (HOOK & “Jungle Boy” Jack Perry).
– Tony Khan announced the first Main Event of AEW Collision, which would be FTR & CM Punk against Samoa Joe & Bullet Club Gold (Jay White & Juice Robinson).
Konosuke Takeshita (w/ Don Callis) vs. Damian Ace.
Takeshita hit a lariat on Ace before catching him with a series of punches. Takeshita hit a series of knee lifts on Ace in the corner before taunting the crowd. Ace hit a series of punches on Takeshita, but Takeshita hit a forearm and a back lariat on Ace’s head. Takeshita ended proceedings with a Jumping Knee on Ace for the pinfall win.
Winner: Konosuke Takeshita.
– After the match, Don Callis cut a promo in a rain of boos. Takeshita called out Kenny Omega before Callis said that he was here to say the truth about Omega. Callis said that everything Omega had was because of him before saying that Omega was cancer to his family. Callis promised to cut The Elite out of the company for good.
– Christian Cage was interviewed by Alex Marvez backstage, saying that Arn Anderson cost him the TNT Title on AEW Double Or Nothing, saying that it was time for him to pay. It was revealed that Cage & Luchasaurus beat down Arn’s son, Brock Anderson backstage, busting him open.
TBS Championship Match.
Kris Statlander (c) vs. Anna Jay A.S (w/ “Daddy Magic” Matt Menard).
Statlander & Jay began the match locking up before Statlander hit a headlock takeover on Jay. Jay reversed it with a headlock of her own, but Statlander reversed it with a Hammerlock into headlock on Jay. Statlander hit a waist lock takedown into a Guillotine Choke on Jay before hitting a back suplex on Jay. Jay rolled out of the ring after Statlander ran the ropes. Statlander chased down Jay on the outside before Menard distracted Jay. Stalander slammed Jay onto the apron before bringing her back in the ring and hitting a Roundhouse Kick & a Shoulder Tackle. fora Near fall. Statlander went for a Corner Splash, but Jay evaded before catching Statlander with a Spin Kick onto the corner.
During the break, Jay slammed Statlander into the corner with an Irish Whip before hitting a knee drop hold on Jay into the middle rope while Menard talked trash to Statlander. Jay hit a Kick on Statlander for a near fall. Jay hit an ax-handle on Statlander before slamming her onto the mat for a near fall. Jay locked in a Reversed Cravat on Statlander before transitioning the hold with a neck breaker. Statlander hit a Jaw breaker on Jay before the two exchanged forearm strikes.
Stalander leaned Jay into the corner before hitting an uppercut, a running knee, and a Running Snap-Slam on Jay for a near fall. Statlander climbed tot he top rope, allowing Jay to hit a Jab into an Iconoplasm on Statlander off the top rope before hitting Statlander with a Gory Bomb for a near fall. Jay went for the Queen Slayer on Statlander, but Statlander slammed Jay into the corner before catching her with a Discus Lariat. Statlander was distracted again by Menard, allowing Jay to hit an O’Connor Roll into the Queen Slayer on Jay. Statlander rose up and hit a Snap-mare to break the hold before connecting a Lariat/ Back Breaker on Jay followed by a Tombstone Piledriver on Jay for the pinfall win.
Winner AND STILL TBS Champion: Kris Statlander.
– AEW Women’s Champion Toni Storm & Ruby Soho cut a promo backstage, saying that they would keep an eye on the Fatal Four Way between Skye Blue, Mercedes Martinez, Nyla Rose & Dr. Britt Baker, DMD on AEW Rampage.

Ricky Starks vs. Jay White.
Starks attacked White on the outside of the ring before the match. The match officially began with Starks clotheslining White out of the ring before Starks slammed White onto the barricade on the outside. Starks slammed White’s face onto the apron before sending White back to the ring, but White rolled out of the ring through the opposite side. Starks attacked White on the outside again before getting him back in the ring. Starks hit a back-drop on White into the center of the ring before moving the stairs. White walked onto the ramp, but Starks chassed him down before hitting about kick on Starks. Starks hit a knee lift on White on the ramp before trying to toss White off the stage, but Starks gauged his eyes. The two continued to brawl on the outside before White tried to get back in the ring, but White caught Starks with a back elbow getting the Steel Stairs and putting them back in place. White went for a suplex on Starks, but Starks reversed it with a snap-suplex on the outside.
During the break, Starks got a steel chair before pulling one of the pads of the chair’s legs, but White caught him with a back elbow to send Starks flying into the outside before hitting Starks with a facebuster onto the apron for a near fall. White tossed Starks onto the outside before going outside and catching Starks with a series of chops. White broke the count out & slammed Starks onto the barricade on the outside before getting Starks back in the ring. White hit a series of shoulder blocks on Starks before slamming Starks with an Irish Whip. Back from the break, White hit a series of chops on Starks, but Starks responded with punches before Starks went for a Spinning DDT, but White responded by tossing Starks onto the top turnbuckle. White climbed to the top rope and hit a Superplex on Starks to get the pin, but Starks kicked out at two.
White went for The Blade Runner, but Starks blocked it before hitting a running lariat on White. Starks hit a back elbow and a Spinning DDT on White to get the pin, but White kicked out at two. Starks got White and hit a Uranage on White to get the pin, but White kicked out at two. Starks went for the Roshambo, but White blocked it and hit a Spinning Uranage on Starks for a near fall. The two exchanged chops in the center of the ring before White went for a Full Nelson, but Starks blocked it before going for a Spear, but White blocked it with a toe kick. Starks go the Spear on White before hitting the Roshambo on White, but Starks accidentally took down the referee in the way. This led to The Gunns (Austin Gunn & Colten Gunn) to hit the 3:10 to Yuma on Starks while the referee was down. White got Starks and hit The Blade Runner on Starks for the pinfall win. Jay White & “ROCK HARD” Juice Robinson celebrated in the ring to end the broadcast.
