AEW Announces Cody Rhodes Suffered Slight Tear Of His Left Rotator Cuff On AEW Dynamite
Cody did not come out of AEW Dynamite unscathed.
Following Wednesday’s AEW Dynamite, Arn Anderson revealed on Coach’s Corner that Cody had “dinged his shoulder” while competing in tag team action. Cody teamed with Lee Johnson, picking up a victory over “Pretty” Peter Avalon and Cezar Bononi.
At the end of the video, the following statement was posted regarding Cody’s status:
“Following the recording of Coach’s Corner, it was confirmed by the AEW medical team that Cody Rhodes suffered a slight tear of his left rotator cuff during his tag team match on Dynamite. His current status is TBD.”
