– Backstage, tensions rose as Kenny Omega questioned Don Callis for his actions toward Hangman Page on the March 22 episode. Callis apologized and said he would go make amends. Later on, Callis tried to apologize to Hangman Page. Instead, the Blackpool Combat Club (Jon Moxley, Wheeler Yuta & Claudio Castagnoli) attacked both men. PWInsider reported that Callis suffered a legitimate injury, as he hit his head and was busted open.

– Kenny Omega defeated Jeff Cobb to retain the IWGP United States Championship. The Blackpool Combat Club came out, and while Bryan Danielson initially saved Omega, he turned on the former world champion and reunited with the stable. The Blackpool Combat Club then left Omega lying with a vicious assault.
