Acknowledge Him: Roman Reigns Hits 500 Days As WWE Universal Champion
Roman Reigns hits day 500 as The Tribal Chief.
Roman Reigns has been WWE Universal Champion for 500 days. Becoming Universal Champion by defeating both Braun Strowman and Bray Wyatt at WWE Payback 2020, Roman Reigns has gone on to defeat a who’s who of professional wrestlers to stake his claim as the needle mover of WWE.
From John Cena to Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns continues to build his legacy and build the legacy of the WWE Universal Championship and he is now within days of breaking Brock Lesnar’s record for the longest-reigning Universal Championship run.

For now, Roman Reigns needs to set his sights on another former WWE Universal Champion, Seth Rollins. Roman Reigns will face his former Shield brother at the WWE Royal Rumble on Saturday, January 29.
Brock Lesnar, as a free agent, continues to be the thorn in the side of Roman Reigns even though Brock was not able to face Roman Reigns at WWE Day 1 because Roman contracted COVID.
Throughout the last 500 days, Roman Reigns has made new enemies and lost his special counsel as Paul Heyman appears firmly at the side of Brock Lesnar at this point in time, but one thing is for sure, Roman Reigns is at the head of the table in WWE.
For that, and for his continued dominance during the past 500 days of his Universal Championship reign, we must acknowledge him.
