Abadon No Longer Making TJPW Debut Due To Visa Issues
Abadon is not coming to Japan after all, at least for now.
Tokyo Joshi Pro announced that Abadon will not be making her TJPW debut on September 16 as there was trouble obtaining a visa. She was set to face Moka Miyamoto. Mei Suruga will replace Abadon against Miyamoto.
From TJPW:
[Notice of cancellation of Abaddon’s visit to Japan]Abaddon’s visit to Japan, which had been announced for tomorrow’s TJPW Shinjuku tournament, has been cancelled.
Originally, he was scheduled to come to Japan to participate in a match at another event held at the same time.
However, there was a problem with obtaining a visa to participate in the event, and although we were trying to resolve it until today, unfortunately, the visit to Japan itself was cancelled.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Next time, I hope that TJPW will contact you directly and proceed so that we can participate in the race.
#tjpw

Abadon last wrestled at the August 21 AEW Dark tapings at Universal Studios in Orlando.
She has been regularly featured on AEW Dark and AEW Dark: Elevation, but has not wrestled on AEW Dynamite or AEW Rampage since October 2021 when she lost to then AEW Women’s Championship Britt Baker in a Trick or Treat match.
