- El Líder, Granada & Valdez def. La Momia, Epydemius & Ultra.
- IMPACT Knockouts Champion Trinity & X-Division Champion Chris Sabin spoke backstage, where they discussed enjoying their time in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon for the event. They said they looked forward to their match against Chik Tormenta & Dinamico. Trinity & Sabin did say that they may defend their titles whenever they return to Monterrey. Sabin said that he wanted to wrestle Black Taurus in a match soon.

- Frankie Kazarian & Arez were interviewed backstage. Kazarian said that he was excited to be back in Mexico before he & Arez promised to win the AAA Tag Titles from NGD in the Main Event. Arez said that there that he would like to face Trey Miguel at some point, while Kazarian said that he wanted his hands at the AAA Mega Title currently held by Hijo del Vikingo.
