Jeff Hardy Files Plea Of ‘Not Guilty’ To DUI Charge
On June 13, Jeff Hardy was arrested in Volusia County, Florida and charged with DUI, driving with a suspended license and violating restrictions placed on a driver’s license.
According to court records, Hardy filed a written plea of “not guilty” on June 28.
Hardy is set for an Arraignment-Bond heard on July 5 at 2:30 p.m. ET.
