WWE Digitally Removes Sasha Banks Sign From Images Of 6/17 SmackDown
WWE continues to erase Sasha Banks from their Universe.
Throughout the June 17 episode of WWE SmackDown, a fan could be seen at ringside holding a sign that read ‘Sasha Krew 4 Life’. While the sign can still be seen in certain videos uploaded online, it has been digitally removed from the image gallery released highlighting last night’s show (example seen above).

Banks, as well as Naomi, was indefinitely suspended by WWE on May 20 after walking out on the May 16 episode of WWE Raw. According to WWE’s statement, “they walked into WWE Head of Talent Relations John Laurinaitis’ office with their suitcases in hand, placed their tag team championship belts on his desk, and walked out.”
On June 15, Wrestling Inc.’s Raj Giri reported that Banks had been released by WWE, though that news has yet to be confirmed.
In addition to having their Superstar Facebook pages removed and having their merchandise pulled from WWE Shop, Fightful was able to confirm that WWE canceled upcoming travel plans for both women starting when the suspension happened.
