Mick Foley Files Trademark On ‘Dude Love’
Mick Foley files trademark on his childhood character creation.
In 1997, Mick Foley shared dude love with the world. Dude Love was his childhood character creation for what he would have wanted to be as a professional wrestler.
The hippest cap in the land, Dude Love captured gold on his first outing ever, winning the Tag Team Championship with Stone Cold Steve Austin from Owen Hart and The British Bulldog. Dude Love would not last long, but he is part of the legacy of Mick Foley and now, Mick Foley owns the intellectual property for the character.
On Monday, February 21, Mick Foley filed to trademark the name of Dude Love for wrestling purposes and merchandising purposes.
