RetroMania Wrestling DLC Additions, Story Mode Part 2 Expected To Release Before 2022

Retrosoft Studios reveals new information about upcoming updates to RetroMania Wrestling.

Retrosoft Studios launched RetroMania Wrestling, the spiritual successor to WWF WrestleFest earlier this year. After launch, it was confirmed that Chris Bey, James Storm, and Mr. Hughes will all be coming to the video game as downloadable content.

Now, in the first video update for the game in months, there are new developments about when the DLC will be arriving and further new updates to the game.

Mike Hermann of Retrosoft Studios revealed in his latest update that the second half of the in-game story mode, as well as the downloadable content featuring the aforementioned wrestlers, will debut before the end of the year.

There is also a new update coming to the game (within the next four weeks on consoles and sooner on Steam) which will address a multitude of bugs and feature gameplay fixes such as animation tweaks for the Road Warriors’ Doomsday Device and a championship in a championship indicator letting players know which wrestler in the game currently holds the World Championship.

For Xbox players, the update will also feature a patch allowing for all achievements to be unlocked following one being technologically impossible to unlock on that console when the game launched.

The next update will also feature two new arenas, one arena being specifically for the Blue World Order and the other being the Coraluzzo Collection Agency Arena in conjunction with an upcoming event by Stand Alone Wrestling.

You can see a full breakdown of the updates in the video above.

RetroMania Wrestling is currently available on Steam, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and iIRcade.
