WWE RAW Results for 9/27/21 Extreme Rules Fallout, WWE Championship Match

Good evening Fight Fans, and welcome to our coverage for tonight’s edition of WWE RAW!

WWE Championship Match
Big E (c) vs Bobby Lashley

Bobby and E lock up for a clean break before Bobby beats E down in the corner and hits a float over suplex for two before dumping E out of the ring and driving him into the barricade and into the post as we go to commercial as E hits an overhead belly to belly onto the floor.

We come back from the break to Bobby hitting a flat liner back in the ring for two before setting E up on the top rope and E fights off a superplex before Bobby knocks E off of the top and down onto the floor before playing to the crowd. Bobby rushes E at ringside before the two clothesline each other and exchange strikes back in the ring before Bobby hits a neckbreaker and E sends him out onto the apron before hitting a spear through the ropes as Shelton Benjamin and Cedric Alexander are now at ringside. E then gets distracted by Shelton and Cedric before Bobby hits a spine buster and a spear before New Day come out and attack Shelton and Cedric for the double interference as the referee throws the match out.

Winner: Big E retains his WWE title due to the referee throwing the match out when New Day and Cedric and Shelton brawl into the ring.

– After the match Adam Pearce announces that the match will happen again later tonight in a steel cage where no one can interfere.

Erik (w/ Ivar) vs Angel Garza (w/ Humberto Carrillo)

Angel takes control early and beats on Erik before grounding him with a variation of an abdominal stretch before he gets to his feet and drops Angel with a forearm and drives him into the corner before hitting a fall away slam. Erik then rocks Angel with a knee before he’s distracted by Humberto and Angelo superkicks Erik before hitting the Wing Clipper for the pin and the win.

Winner: Angel Garza defeats Erik via pinfall.

WWE 24/7 Championship Match
Reggie (c) vs Ricochet

Reggie and Ricochet run the ropes before Ricochet flips around and Reggie tumbles while avoiding Ricochet before Ricochet misses a splash in the corner and lands on his feet when he hits a moonsault before sending Reggie out of the ring and hitting a tope. R-Truth and Akira Tozawa then come out of the crowd and attack both Reggie and Ricochet for the double disqualification.

Winner: Reggie retains his 24/7 title due to a double disqualification and champions advantage.

– Reggie then escapes Akira and R-Truth with his title as he flees to the back.

– We get a backstage interview with Riddle where he talks about how Randy isn’t there tonight, and is taking a well deserved break before AJ and Omos show up and face off ahead of his match against AJ later tonight as we go to commercial.

Keith Lee vs Akira Tozawa

Keith immediately turns Akira inside out and tosses him across the ring before hitting the Big Bang Catastrophe for the win in under two minutes.

Winner: Keith Lee defeats Akira Tozawa via pinfall.

– Backstage New Day are interviewed where E cuts a promo towards Bobby ahead of their title match in tonight’s main event.

WWE United States Championship Match
Damian Priest (c) vs Sheamus

Sheamus drives Damian into the corner before Damian backs Sheamus into the ropes before Sheamus takes Damian down and Damian fights out of a side headlock takeover before Sheamus rocks him with a back elbow and Damian comes back with a back elbow of his own. Damian hits a Broken Arrow for two before Sheamus rolls out of the ring and rocks Damian when he goes out after him before Damian counters a suplex onto the floor into one of his own before booting Sheamus off of the steps. Damian then brings a table out from underneath the ring and sets it up at ringside before hitting an air raid crash through the table as we go to commercial.

We come back from the break to Sheamus in control with a table now set up in the corner before Damian hits Sheamus with a kendo stick and clotheslines him over the top rope and down onto the floor before Sheamus sends him into the post and barricade before bringing a chair into the ring. Damian gets back into the ring before Sheamus sends him head first into the corner with a chair in it before hitting an Alabama slam for two before Damian hits South of Heaven for two before Sheamus drops Damian with a boot when he goes for a dive. Sheamus then hits Damian with a kendo stick before Damian sends Sheamus through a table and hits The Reckoning for the pin and the win.

Winner: Damian Priest retains his United States title by defeating Sheamus via pinfall.

Jeff Hardy, Mansoor & Mustafa Ali vs Jinder Mahal, Veer & Shanky

Shanky and Mansoor start the match off before Jinder and Jeff come in and Jeff drops Jinder before knocking Veer off of the apron and hitting Jinder with his signature flurry for two before Jinder counters a Twist of Fate. Ali gets the tag and hits a rolling sit-out facebuster for a two count that Veer breaks up before dumping Jeff out of the ring and turning Ali inside out for the pin and the win.

Winner: Veer, Jinder Mahal, and Shanky defeat Jeff Hardy, Mansoor, and Mustafa Ali via pinfall.

– We get a taped promo by Karrion Kross as we go to commercial.

Karrion Kross vs Jaxson Ryker

Karrion and Jaxson exchange strikes before Karrion drives Jaxson into the corner and Jaxson comes back with strikes before Karrion hits a suplex for two before fighting off a fireman’s carry into a Doomsday Saito and submits Jaxson with the Kross Jacket for the tap and the win.

Winner: Karrion Kross defeats Jaxson Ryker via submission.

– In the locker room Doudrop shows up in Adam and Sonya’s office before they agree to give her the shot at Charlotte’s title later tonight.

Riddle vs AJ Styles (w/ Omos)

Riddle takes AJ down before AJ backs Riddle into the corner before focusing on the leg of Riddle to set up the Calf Crusher before Riddle hits several gut wrench suplexes for one before Omos distracts Riddle and AJ hits a sliding knee on the apron as we go to commercial.

We come back from the break to Riddle making his comeback before he goes for a senton and AJ gets his knees up before hitting an ushigoroshi for two before they exchange strikes until Riddle hits a bridging German for two. AJ drops Riddle with a Pele kick before Riddle hits the Final Flash and they both collapse before AJ hits a pump handle gutbuster before Riddle counters the Phenomenal Forearm and hits a PK from the apron into a tope. Riddle rolls AJ back inside and goes up top before AJ counters the Floating Bro into the Calf Crusher before Riddle scrambles to the ropes for the break before dropping AJ with a sliding knee and AJ counters an RKO into a Burning Hammer. AJ then finishes Riddle with a Styles Clash for the pin and the win.

Winner: AJ Styles defeats Riddle via pinfall.

– After the match Omos chokeslams Riddle before he and AJ leave as we go to commercial.

WWE RAW Women’s Championship Match
Charlotte Flair (c) vs Doudrop

Charlotte and Doudrop lock up before Charlotte locks in a standing side headlock before Doudrop counters a suplex into a scoop slam and a running senton before she’s distracted by Eva Marie and Charlotte pins her with the Natural Selection for the win.

Winner: Charlotte Flair retains her RAW Women’s title by defeating Doudrop via pinfall.

– After the match Eva gets into the ring and Charlotte drops her before leaving.

– We get a sit-down interview with Goldberg ahead of his match against Bobby Lashley at Crown Jewel.

– We come back from the break to Eva cutting a promo in the ring as she talks about how she’s tired of being taken advantage of and the disrespect from the WWE Universe before she’s interrupted by Shayna Baszler. Shayna then chokes Eva out before dragging her out onto the apron and kicking her arm before stomping her arm into the steps like she did to Nia last week as the fans chant “One More Time!”.

– We get a backstage interview with the WWE Women’s Tag Team champions Nikki A.S.H., and Rhea Ripley.

WWE Championship Steel Cage Match
Big E (c) vs Bobby Lashley

Bobby attacks E when he’s coming out to the ring and getting into the cage before tossing him around ringside and tossing him over the barricade before tossing E into the steps and the side of the cage before clubbing him against the barricade and driving him into the post before he hits E with the steps as we go to commercial.

We come back from the break as the match starts as E drives Bobby into the side of the cage before Bobby clotheslines him out of the corner before hitting a running shoulder tackle in the corner into a delayed suplex before E counters a spear and sends Bobby into the side of the cage. Bobby counters the Big Ending before E counters the Hurt Lock and Bobby hits a fall away slam for two before Bobby climbs the cage and E stops him from leaving before Bobby counters an avalanche Big Ending into a dragon sleeper in the ropes. Bobby climbs the cage again before E stops him and knocks him down before climbing the cage and he’s attacked by Shelton and Cedric from the other side before Bobby heads to the door and Xavier smashes the door in Bobby’s face. New Day then fight off Cedric and Shelton and take them out at ringside and head to the back as we go to commercial.

We come back from the break to the announcement that New Day and Cedric and Shelton have been ejected from ringside as E is making his comeback with several overhead belly to belly suplexes and a belly to belly before Bobby spears him when he runs the ropes for a near fall. Bobby hits a diving elbow drop before having the referee open the door and beating E down before E grabs a hold of him when he tries to leave before E drops Bobby for two before Bobby stops E from walking out of the cage. Bobby then hits a spine buster before climbing the cage and E rips him down before finishing Bobby with an avalanche Big Ending for the pin and the win.

Winner: Big E retains his WWE title by defeating Bobby Lashley via pinfall.

– After the match E is celebrating before he’s interrupted by Drew McIntyre as we go off the air.
