Bianca Belair: If You Don’t Touch My Hair, I Won’t Use It Against You

Bianca Belair has turned her hair into a weapon, famously using it against Sasha Banks at WrestleMania 37 just before winning the SmackDown Women’s Championship.

Belair went months on the main roster without using her hair as a weapon after using it often during her time in NXT.

The reason for keeping her hair in her back pocket as a weapon was simple enough.

“My rule is; don’t touch my hair. If you don’t touch it, I won’t use it,” she said in an interview with In The Kliq. “With Sasha, she touched it over and over. I’m like, ‘Okay, that’s a no.’ I felt bad because it made this huge [sound]. I think that’s the loudest noise it’s ever made before. I felt bad, but I didn’t feel bad. She asked for it. Don’t touch my hair and I won’t use it. Same thing with Bayley. She tried to use it to win and it backfired on her. It’s my superpower and will be used to my advantage, not used against me.”

Bayley didn’t follow Bianca’s rule at WrestleMania Backlash or Hell in a Cell, feeling the consequences of Bianca’s signature hair.

Bianca successfully defended her SmackDown Women’s Championship against Bayley inside Hell in a Cell at WWE Hell in a Cell. If you missed anything from the event, check out Fightful’s full report on the show by clicking here.
