WWE RAW Results for 2/8/21 Randy Orton vs Drew McIntyre, Riddle vs Keith Lee

The Scottish Warrior takes on The Viper in a non-title match tonight at 8pm EST on USA Network!

Good evening Fight Fans, and welcome to our coverage for tonight’s edition of WWE RAW!

– We open tonight’s show with Adam Pearce in the ring before he introduces Shane McMahon who comes out to the ring and gives details about the WWE Championship Elimination Chamber match. Shane announces that the competitors will be Randy Orton, AJ Styles, Sheamus, Jeff Hardy, The Miz and the champion Drew McIntyre before Shane leaves. AJ and Omos come out to the ring and talk about how he’s going to defeat Drew at the Elimination Chamber ahead of his match against Jeff Hardy up next.

AJ Styles (w/ Omos) vs Jeff Hardy

Jeff puts AJ in a side headlock before sending AJ into the corner and hitting a snap mare into a basement dropkick for two before AJ drives his shoulder into the midsection of Jeff. Jeff hits a back drop into a splash for two before sweeping AJ and falling to the mat and grabbing his knee before falling out of the ring before AJ chop blocks him at ringside. AJ then tosses Jeff into the post at ringside as we go to commercial.

We come back from the break to AJ in control of Jeff back in the ring before locking in the Calf Crusher before Jeff gets to the ropes for the break before AJ whips Jeff into the ropes and Jeff collapses. Jeff hits a sit-out face buster for two before countering a Styles Clash into a Twist of Fate before going up top and missing a Swanton Bomb before AJ submits him with the Calf Crusher.

Winner: AJ Styles defeats Jeff Hardy via submission.

– Backstage Keith Lee talks to Riddle about Riddle winning his match against Bobby Lashley last week, but Bobby retained due to champion’s advantage. Keith tells Riddle that he has what it takes to beat Bobby and Riddle ahead of their match later tonight.

– Backstage Sheamus walks up to Adam Pearce, furious that he has to face Drew in an Elimination Chamber match.

New Day vs Retribution (T-Bar & Slapjack w/ Mace & Ali)

Xavier starts the match off with Slapjack by dropping him with a shoulder block before grounding him with a side headlock and exchanging chops with Slapjack. Kofi then comes in and hits a missile dropkick for two before T-Bar runs Kofi over and slams him face first into the mat before New Day clear the ring as we go to commercial.

We come back to T-Bar man handling Xavier in the corner before knocking Kofi off of the apron and nearly turning Xavier inside out for two before Retribution double up on Xavier for two. Kofi then gets the hot tag and dropkicks Slapjack before knocking T-Bar off of the apron and New Day hit Slapjack with a diving stomp backbreaker combo for the win.

Winner: New Day defeat Retribution via pinfall.

– Backstage Bad Bunny talks with Damian Priest ahead of Priest’s match against Angel Garza later tonight.

Ric Flair and Lacey Evans come out to the ring before Ric gets on the mic and says that he’s sides with Lacey Evans because he sees potential in her and he’s going to train her to become the next RAW Women’s champion and defeat Asuka. Lacey says that she’s not trying to get with Ric, and that she respects him unlike Charlotte who disrespects her father before Charlotte comes out to the ring. Lacey tries to get Charlotte on her side and team with Charlotte before Charlotte talks about how she’s been trying to prove to everyone that she doesn’t need Ric. Lacey then attacks Charlotte and sends her out of the ring before sending her into the steps as we go to commercial.

Charlotte Flair vs Lacey Evans (w/ Ric Flair)

Lacey focuses on the injured shoulder and arm of Charlotte before snapping her arm in the ropes and sweeping her legs out before hitting a slingshot elbow drop for two. Charlotte comes back with a clothesline before Lacey crawls to the ropes and mocks Charlotte who hits a fall away slam and Lacey gets out of the ring and regroups with Ric. Ric then gets between Charlotte and Lacey before Lacey rips Charlotte off of the apron as we go to commercial.

We come back to Lacey hitting a jawbreaker before Charlotte counters an armbar before Lacey hits a clothesline into a neckbreaker for two before Charlotte gets her feet up when Lacey goes for a moonsault. Charlotte chops Lacey and drops her with a boot before Lacey rolls out of the ring and Charlotte gets distracted by her father at ringside before Lacey wrings her arm. Back in the ring Charlotte then counters a figure four into a spear before beating Lacey down in the corner until the referee calls for the bell.

Winner: Lacey Evans defeats Charlotte Flair via disqualification.

– Ric faces off with his daughter after the match before helping Lacey as Charlotte leaves.

– We get a graphic for an update by Edge on deciding who he will challenge at Wrestlemania as we go to commercial.

– We come back from the break to Edge in the ring as he gives an update on his opponent for Wrestlemania before he’s interrupted by The Miz, John Morrison, and Angel Garza. Miz talks about how he’s going to be there to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase if Edge wins at Wrestlemania before Edge tells Miz that he put the Money in the Bank on the map and that he knows exactly what Miz has planned before leaving.

Damian Priest (w/ Bad Bunny) vs Angel Garza (w/ The Miz & John Morrison)

The two go back and forth with strikes before Priest drops Garza and gets distracted by Miz and Morrison before Angel hits him in the eye and chokes Priest in the ropes. Miz and Morrison cheap shot Damian at ringside when Angel is busy with the referee before Priest comes back with a running back elbow in the corner before he’s distracted by Miz and Morrison yet again. Angel then dumps Priest out of the ring before Miz and Morrison are ejected and Angel is distracted by Bad at ringside before he turns around and Priest hits him with The Reckoning for the pin and the win.

Winner: Damian Priest defeats Angel Garza via pinfall.

– Backstage Drew McIntyre is interviewed about the news of him having to defend his title in an Elimination Chamber match as well as his match against Randy Orton later tonight.

– We get a graphic for Asuka defending her RAW Women’s Championship against Lacey Evans at the Elimination Chamber.

– We go backstage to an interview with Bianca Belair who has yet to make her decision on who she’s facing at Wrestlemania before Asuka shows up and congratulates her before Asuka says that winning the Royal Rumble doesn’t mean that she’s ready for Asuka.

Riddle vs Keith Lee

Riddle immediately goes for a flying armbar that Keith powers out of before Keith tosses Riddle backwards when he goes for a single leg take down before Riddle locks in a sleeper. Keith rips Riddle off of his back before Riddle kicks Keith in the corner and Keith launches him into the air and crashing down onto the mat with a running shoulder tackle for two. Keith tosses Riddle into the turnbuckle before Riddle counters a German suplex into a Pele kick that rocks Keith before hitting running forearms in the corner. Keith counters an exploder into a Grizzly Magnum before Riddle counters a Spirit Bomb into the Final Flash for a near fall before Riddle hits a PK into the Floating Bro for a near fall. Riddle hits a series of sentons before Keith catches a knee before Riddle counters a Spirit Bomb into an armbar before Keith powers out and Riddle hits a Final Flash.

Keith then hits a Spirit Bomb for the pin and the win.

Winner: Keith Lee defeats Riddle via pinfall.

– After the match Bobby Lashley shows and up hits Keith with a uranage before putting Riddle in the Hurt Lock when he tries to interfere before hitting Keith with the steps.

– We get a video package for the feud between Randy Orton and Drew McIntyre before we get a backstage promo by Randy.

Tables Match

Lana (w/ Naomi) vs Nia Jax (w/ Shayna Baszler)

Nia drops Lana repeatedly and mocks Naomi at ringside before putting Lana in a stretch muffler and swinging her into the turnbuckle in the corner before choking her in the ropes. Lana comes back with kicks and gets shoved down onto the mat before countering a powerbomb into a head scissors over the top rope and out onto the apron. Nia headbutts Lana when she tries to knock her off of the apron before Nia chokes Lana and misses a running boot onto the apron before shoving a table over in frustration. Lana then shoves Nia through a table set up against the barricade for the win.

Winner: Lana defeats Nia Jax when she puts her through a table.

– Shayna attacks Lana after the match before she’s saved by Naomi as we go to commercial.

Shayna Baszler vs Naomi (w/ Lana)

We come back to the match already in progress as Shayna focuses on the arm of Naomi before stomping her elbow and wrenching on her shoulder before Naomi kicks her way free. Naomi hits a leg lariat into a dropkick before hitting a head scissors into a sit-out face buster before hitting a mule kick before Shayna locks in the Kirifuda Clutch. Naomi then gets to the ropes for the break before tapping before Shayna attacks Lana at ringside and gets pinned as soon as she gets back inside.

Winner: Naomi defeats Shayna Baszler via pinfall.

Randy Orton vs Drew McIntyre

They lock up and spin around the ring until they back off and counter each other’s finishers before Randy slides out of the ring and gets booted on the apron when he tries to get back inside. Randy then counters a draping DDT and Drew sends Randy into the corner before Sheamus runs down and distracts Drew before Randy sends him into the post as we go to commercial.

Randy dumps Drew out of the ring and smashes his face into the announce table before dropping him back first across it and tossing him back inside before locking in a rear chin lock. Drew comes back with right hands and a pair of overhead belly to belly suplexes before hitting a neckbreaker into a spine buster for a near fall. Drew goes up top before Randy hits a superplex for a near fall before Drew headbutts him and Randy hits a draping DDT before Drew counters an RKO into the Future Shock DDT for a near fall. Sheamus then runs in and Brogue Kicks Randy for the disqualification before Drew takes him out with a Claymore.

Winner: Randy Orton defeats Drew McIntyre via disqualification when Sheamus interferes.
