The Rock Agrees To Virtually Induct Ken Shamrock Into The IMPACT Wrestling Hall of Fame
Finally, The Rock has come to IMPACT Wrestling… kind of.
Dwayne Johnson is one of the most prolific professional wrestlers of all time but he made his name by working with some of the toughest veterans in wrestling. Perhaps no one more tough than Ken Shamrock.
Ken Shamrock and The Rock had an intense feud in 1998 for the WWE Intercontinental Championship. In fact, Ken defeated The Rock at WrestleMania 14 to win the championship but he refused to break the hold of the ankle lock, leading to the referee reversing the decision and the title belt staying with The Rock.
Fast forward 22 years and Ken Shamrock is set to be inducted into the IMPACT Wrestling Hall of Fame and requested that The Rock produce his introductory video. Because he’s The Rock, he graciously accepted and will now be the man inducting Ken Shamrock, virtually, into the IMPACT Wrestling Hall of Fame.
Congrats, my brother. Awesome news. I will take care of this and get it to you by this weekend.
