Demetrious Johnson Challenges For The One Flyweight Championship On April 11
Former UFC Flyweight Champion Demetrious Johnson will get a chance to become the One Flyweight Champion when he challenges Adriano Moraes this April.

BREAKING NEWS: Demetrious Johnson (30-3) will challenge ONE Flyweight World Champion Adriano Moraes (18-3) for the world title on April 11 in China!

Moraes (18-3-0) is making the first defense of the championship, as his second reign started after a victory over Geje Eustaquio at One Championship: Hero’s Ascent. Moraes has suffered three losses as a professional MMA fighter and two of those defeats came in title bouts. Moraes has picked up eighteen wins as a professional MMA fighter and half of them have come by way of submission.
Johnson (30-3-1) is coming off of a victorious run in the One Flyweight World Grand Prix, defeating Danny Kingad by unanimous decision in the finals. Johnson is also a former UFC Flyweight Champion, defeating Joseph Benavidez by split decision at UFC 152 to claim the gold. Johnson has suffered three losses as a professional MMA fighter and all of them came by way of decision.
One Championship: Moraes vs. Johnson takes place on Saturday, April 11 from a location to be announced with Adriano Moraes and Demetrious Johnson headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on Bleacher Report Live.
