Report: Alex Morono Faces Zak Ottow At UFC Fight Night Wichita
A welterweight division attraction is the latest addition to UFC Fight Night Wichita according to ESPN (via Farah Hannoun) as Alex Morono is in action against Zak Ottow.
Morono (15-5-0-1NC) has rotated wins and losses in his last four UFC bouts, with the latest fight being a unanimous decision win over Kenan Song at UFC Fight Night Beijing. Morono has suffered five losses as a professional MMA fighter and four of them have come by way of decision. Morono won MMA gold as an amateur competitor, defeating Peter Sprajc to win the United States Amateur Combat Association Welterweight Title.
Ottow (17-6-0) has rotated wins and losses throughout his entire UFC run, with the last bout being a split decision win over Dwight Grant at UFC On Fox 31. Ottow has picked up seventeen wins as a professional MMA fighter and ten of them have come by way of submission. Ottow has suffered six losses as a professional MMA fighter, with five of them coming to past and/or current UFC stars.
