Report: Marc Diakiese Faces Joe Duffy At UFC Fight Night London
A lightweight division attraction has been added to UFC Fight Night London according to Newsome MMA as Marc Diakiese is in action against Joe Duffy.
Diakiese (12-3-0) enters the encounter while in the midst of a three fight losing streak, dropping bouts to the trio of Drakkar Klose, Dan Hooker and Nasrat Haqparast. Diakiese hasn’t won a bout in almost two years, with that last win coming over Teemu Packalen at UFC Fight Night 107. Diakiese has suffered three losses as a professional MMA fighter, but he has yet to be beaten by way of KO/TKO.
Duffy (16-3-0) has won two of his last three under the UFC banner, with those wins coming over the duo of Mitch Clarke and Reza Madadi. Duffy is going to return to action for the first time in over a year, as his last bout took place at UFC 217 in November of 2017. Duffy has suffered three defeats as a professional MMA fighter, with one by KO/TKO, one by submission and one by decision.
UFC Fight Night London takes place on Saturday, March 16 from the 02 Arena in London, England with Darren Till and Jorge Masvidal headlining. Fightful is going to be providing live coverage of the event, which streams live on ESPN+.
