Jimmy Hart Explains Why Alicia Fox Is One Of His Favorite Female Wrestlers In WWE
Jimmy Hart gives his pick.
WWE Hall Of Famer “The Mouth Of The South” Jimmy Hart has managed many WWE Hall Of Famers and legends such as Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake and Hulk Hogan but not only has Jimmy been the manager of males but he has also been behind some prominent women in the wrestling business such as ‘The Glamour Girls’ (Judy Martin and Leilani Kai) who were the last pair to hold the WWF Women’s Tag Team Championships.
‘The Glamour Girls’ were flag bearers for women’s wrestling during their era and tonight at WWE Evolution those flags will be carried by the women of the past, present and the now as they will look to showcase their skills to the masses when WWE presents their first-ever all-women’s PPV. A number of weeks ago Jimmy Hart joined the ‘Wrestling Inside The Ropes’ podcast and he name-dropped former WWE Divas Champion Alicia Fox as one his favorite female wrestlers in the company and explained why:
“Well it really is and plus when I was in WWE for a while, we put together a show, me and a friend of mine Johnny Cafarella that used to the producer of G.L.O.W.. We had a show called Wrestlelicious and we had that out for a while and so, like I said I’m glad to see the women really get a push now. You know one of my favorite up there is Alicia Fox.” Jimmy revealed. “She works so hard. I mean she has different outfits. She reminds me of the Jimmy Hart of wrestling. She of course has a lot of different outfits, she comes out every week with something different. She never wins, I don’t know why but she’s awesome but all the girls are tremendous. I really like all of them, they do a great job.” Hart stated.
