Marty Scurll And Kazuchika Okada Are First Announced Match For All In
All In has a match finally.
On Thursday, the All In Twitter account revealed there would be two big announcements and first came the inclusion of SoCal Uncensored on the card. The second announcement came several hours later and it was a match between Marty Scurll and Kazuchika Okada.
The two wrestlers have met in New Japan Pro Wrestling before but only in tag team matches. The most recent match happened at the G1 Special in 2017 and was a Chaos versus Bullet Club eight-man tag team match.
Okada is a former and longest reigning IWGP Heavyweight Champion and Marty Scurll wrestles as a Junior Heavyweight in NJPW which is why they haven’t had many encounters in the ring.
In a recent episode of the new series All Us, Cody Rhodes revealed that All In would have some matches announced in the coming weeks but the whole card will not be announced.
All In will be September 1st and there’s a possibility it will be streamed in some way which benefits fans who did not buy tickets in the half hour it took to sell out.
