Ray Borg Being Sued By Former Manager
Ray Borg has been dealing with a lot of personal issues as of late, most recently pulling out of a bout against Brandon Moreno at UFC Fight Night Chile due to the health problems facing his newborn son.
It would appear another item has been added to the list of problems because Borg’s former management team in Wild Bunch Management has sued the fighter. Wild Bunch Management is accusing the UFC star of skipping out on the contract with them, while owing them back pay for a previous deal negotiated on his behalf with the UFC.

Tom Vaughn, who runs Wild Bunch Management and its affiliated gym, Fit NHB, says Borg severed the deal they negotiated for him after just competing in the first fight of the contract. Vaughn also believes that Borg violated their contract by teaching people within a 50 mile radius of the Fit NHB gym.
Jason Bowles is Ray Borg’s attorney and he claims that the UFC star honored the deal with Wild Bunch Management.
“(Borg) honors his deals,” Bowles told MMA Junkie. “This is not something where they’re entitled to money. What they’re doing is claiming a guy that’s risen and been successful, and he switched (gyms) so he would better his career. But he didn’t break a contract. I don’t think they have any leg to stand on. I think they’re going to end up paying a bunch of cost on a frivolous lawsuit because they want to take from a guy that’s been successful.”
There has been no comment from Vaughn or anybody from Wild Bunch Management or the Fit NHB gym since the lawsuit was filed.
