Report: New Japan Doing Another Show In The United States
New Japan Pro Wrestling is looking to do another event in The United States.
On March 25, New Japan Pro Wrestling has scheduled Strong Style Evolved which along with last year's G1 Special were the first time the company had came to North America in years. As of right now there are three matches scheduled for Strong Style Evolved which will take place in Long Beach, California.
Strong Style Evolved card so far:
IWGP United States Championship: "Switchblade" Jay White (c) vs. Hangman Page
Rey Mysterio Jr. vs. Jushin Thunder Liger
Young Bucks vs. GoldenLovers (Kenny Omega and Kota Ibushi)
It should be noted Rey Mysterio Jr has been reported to be injured.
Today, Wrestling Observer reported New Japan Pro Wrestling has been looking into doing another show at The Cow Palace in San Francisco on July 7th. That venue is older but much larger than the venue they resourced for Strong Style Evolved.
