Shinsuke Nakamura Wins The 2018 WWE Men’s Royal Rumble, Challenges AJ Styles
The 2018 Men's Royal Rumble is in the books, and former New Japan Pro Wrestling star Shinsuke Nakamura is your winner.
The Smackdown Live star entered at number 14 and made it all the way to the end, eliminating Sami Zayn, John Cena and Roman Reigns along the way. He lasted 44 minutes and 4 seconds in the match.

Cena drops Reigns and he follows up with a Five Knuckle Shuffle, Reigns recovers and he hits Cena with a superman punch. Reigns goes for a spear and Cena counters with an Attitude Adjustment, Nakamura eliminates Cena by nailing him with a knee strike while he was on the ring apron. Reigns and Nakamura have a striking exchange in the middle of the ring, Reigns then drops Nakamura with a superman punch. Reigns gets Nakamura to the ring apron and Nakamura locks him in a triangle choke. Reigns gets Nakamura in the ring before landing a power bomb, Reigns goes for a spear and Nakamura counters with a series of knee strikes. Reigns recovers and he crushes a charging Nakamura with a spear, Reigns tries eliminating Nakamura and he gets nailed with a knee strike before throwing him out of the ring for the final elimination.

For winning the Rumble, Nakamura was given his choice of champion to challenge at WrestleMania 34. Nakamura chose a Wrestle Kingdom 10 rematch against AJ Styles for the WWE Championship.
