Exclusive: UFC 218’s Justin Willis: I Am THE Elite Fighter At Heavyweight

Justin Willis made quite the impression at UFC 218 in Detroit Saturday night, complete with post fight F-bombs.

Willis finished Allen Crowder with a big flurry halfway through round 1 of their curtiain-jerking fight on the show. You can see an excerpt from our Fightful live coverage below.

Round One: The round begins with Crowder attacking Willis with some leg kicks, Willis catches a kick from Crowder and he pops him with a bunch of lefts. Willis nails Crowder with a punching combination followed by a knee strike, Willis backs Crowder into the cage wall after landing another punching combination. Willis continuously attacks Crowder with a plethora of lefts, Willis hits a kicking Crowder with a two punch combination. Willis rocks Crowder with a left hook and drops him with the follow up punch that causes the referee to jump in.

After the bout, a fired up Willis spoke to Fightful.com's James Lynch about the win, and his place in the division.

"I'm a man of my word, I'm here to take over this division. Just coming from nothing and being able to grow here, if you see my fights from early on, I'm made for this shit. I'm here to reap my rewards. I'm an elite fighter. I'm THE elite fighter in the heavyweight division. It's coming here to prove it to the world. Crowder was the next step," said Willis.

Now 2-0 in the UFC, Willis told Fightful that he hopes to fight every quarter, but doesn't "give a f—" what card he's on. What he does care about is his post-fight cheat meal.

"That's a topic we can talk about. I'm thinking about Shake Shack. You all see that shit? When I get home I'll spend about three days binging. I'm on the couch like a fatass," Willis said.
