Demetrious Johnson To Ronda Rousey: “Grow The F— Up”

UFC Flyweight Champion Demetrious Johnson is coming off of a successful title defense over Wilson Reis at UFC On Fox 24.

Former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Ronda Rousey hasn’t been seen much since being of the receiving end of a 48 second beat down from Amanda Nunes at UFC 207.

If the flyweight champion were to give the former women’s bantamweight champion some advice, it would be for the female star to grow up.

“You look at Ronda Rousey. You got your ass beat, grow the f—k up. It happens. It's mixed martial arts. I don't want to be like that. If I lose, I'll be like, I lost. Everybody f—ing loses. It's part of the sport. Grow up. Look, Ronda, you lost two f—ing fights in a row, and you made more f—ing money than the women's roster. You'll be fine, don't worry about it,” Johnson said to Sports Illustrated.

Rousey’s future in MMA is up in the air at the moment, even UFC President Dana White is unsure of her next move at this point. The former women’s bantwmeight champion has kept busy with acting roles and an engagement to fellow UFC fighter Travis Browne.

Johnson himself is on the verge of UFC history as he’s just one successful title defense away from breaking former middleweight champion Anderson Silva’s record for most consecutive title defenses.
