Jeff Hardy Cleared To Travel With WWE In The UK

Jeff Hardy's past drug issues won't be an issue for him to travel to the United Kingdom with WWE.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Hardy will be able to join WWE as the company will soon make its annual post-WrestleMania UK tour in a few weeks.

Hardy had not been allowed into the United Kingdom since his drug possession and conspiracy to traffic drugs convictions from a plea bargain related to a 2009 arrest, which came to a conclusion in October of 2011. Hardy had not been allowed to travel to the UK until October 2016. Hardy had been suspended twice by WWE in the past for violations of the company's Wellness Policy and also had past substance abuse issues during his time in TNA.

Jeff Hardy, alongside his brother Matt, came back at WrestleMania 33 where they made a surprise entrance into the Raw Tag Team Title Ladder Match and won the titles by defeating The Club, Enzo & Cass and Cesaro & Sheamus. This marks a return to the company where the brothers made their mark as one of the most popular tag teams, for the first time since 2009.

The Hardy Boyz made their Monday Night Raw return the following night and successfully defended their titles against Gallows and Anderson.
