Athena To Defend ROH Women’s Title Against Hikaru Shida At ROH Supercard Of Honor
Athena gets top competition.
On the March 14th episode of ROH on HonorClub, ROH Women’s Champion Athena defeated Aisha in a Proving Ground match.
After the bout, Athena asked for more competition, believing every one in the locker room was scared and running from her. Athena said she would open any door around the world, begging someone to step up and give her real competition.
Hikaru Shida answered Athena’s call, confronting Athena in the ring and pointing her kendo stick at the ROH Women’s Title.
It was confirmed that Athena will defend the ROH Women’s Title against Hikaru Shida at ROH Supercard of Honor on April 5th.

Athena has been ROH Women’s Championship since ROH Final Battle 2022. Shida is a former three-time AEW Women’s Champion.
