Baron Corbin’s losing streak is over.
WWE held a Saturday Night’s Main Event live event in Paris, France, on April 29. Corbin defeated Rick Boggs at the show, and fans shared footage of the former King of the Ring winner getting a remarkable ovation from the live crowd. In the clip, the fans’ reactions apparently moved Corbin.

Corbin’s win over Boogs marked his first victory of 2023, and it snapped his lengthy losing streak. Prior to his match with Boogs, Corbin had not won a match since the November 14, 2022 episode of WWE Raw, where he defeated Akira Tozawa. Since then, Corbin has struggled to build positive momentum, especially since his manager, JBL, walked out on him.
In a tweet, Corbin commented on the victory and stated that he had an “incredible” night. He thanked the fans and joked that he’d have to move to Paris because the fans gave him a night he will never forget.
Wow!!!
Tonight was beyond INCREDIBLE!! Thank you #WWEParis
I think I have to move here now bc this was a night I will never forget! #wwe pic.twitter.com/zeQf9AknBW
