– Vic Joseph & Booker T welcomed the audience to the broadcast before transitioning to the opening match.
– Duke Hudson hyped up Andre Chase backstage ahead of his match against Axiom & Von Wagner as Axiom made his entrance.
Men’s Iron Survivor Wild Card Qualifier Match.
Axiom vs. Andre Chase (w/ Thea Hail & Duke Hudson) vs. Von Wagner (w/ Mr. Stone).
Chase booted Wagner and laid in the punches on him to begin the match. Wagner hit shoulder tackles on Axiom & Chase repeatedly before Wagner got the two and locked in a double headlock on them. Axiom & Chase pushed Wagner but Wagner responded with a double shoulder tackle. Chase hit a shoulder tackle on Wagner before he & Axiom hit a double-diving shoulder tackle and a double suplex on Wagner. Chase instructed Axiom to dive before Chase got a roll-up on Axiom for a near fall. Axiom hit an arm drag on Chase, a dropkick on Wagner, and locked in a knee bar on Chase before Wagner stomped the two down. Wagner got a wrist lock on Axiom before hitting a short-hand tackle. Axiom hit two chops on Wagner before hitting an arm drag/ Tijeras combo on Chase & Wagner. Axiom hit a Northern Light Suplex and a Standing Moonsault Headbutt on Chase for a near fall. Wagner hit another double-shoulder tackle on Axiom & Chase before Wagner to Axiom and yeeted him onto Chase to the outside. Outside of the ring, Wagner rammed Chase on the apron before slamming his back into the ring post. With all three back in the ring, Chase & Axiom laid in the punches on Wagner before Wagner to Axiom and slammed him into a corner spear on Chase. Wagner tossed Chase to the mat before slamming Axiom on top of Chase for a near fall. Wagner locked in a half-nelson sleeper on Axiom, but Chase broke the hold before Wagner locked in the half-nelson sleeper on Chase, but Chase broke the hold by reversing it with a stunner. Wagner slammed Chase onto the ring corner before laying his boot on Chase and slamming him with an Irish Whip into a body slam for a near fall. Axiom got to the top rope, but Wagner tossed Chase onto him to stop him. The three to the top rope before Axiom & Chase hit an assisted Sunset Bomb on Wagner. Chase got Axiom and hit a Superplex on Axiom onto Wagner. Wagner & Chase exchanged punches in the ring before Wagner hit a headbutt. Chase ran the rope and hit a basement dropkick onto the knee, a Russian Leg Sweep, and the Chase U Stomps on Wagner before clotheslining him out of the ring, to which Axiom responded with a Tope Suicida on Wagner. Axiom went for a Springboard move, but Chase caught him with a kick and hit a Liger Bomb on Axiom for a near fall. Axiom locked in the Yuji Gatame arm hold on Chase, but Wagner broke the hold for a stomp. Axiom went for a DVD, but Axiom reversed it with a sleeper before transitioning into a Triangle Choke. Wagner carried Axiom and slammed him into Chase before he hit Chase with a slam for a near fall. Chase hit a reverse DDT & a DDT on Wagner at the same time before hitting a diving cross body on Wagner, to which Axiom responded by hitting the Leaping Superkick on Wagner for the pinfall win, becoming the final member of the Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge for NXT: Deadline.
Winner: Axiom.
– There was a vignette of Cora Jade ahead of her involvement in the Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge on NXT: Deadline, with Jade saying she would do anything to become the new NXT Women’s Champion.
– Julius Creed was cleared backstage, but Ivy Nile & Tatum Paxley told the medic to check his ribs. The medical assistant noticed there was noticeable swelling. Brutus Creed & Julius told Nile that he was fine, but Julius continued to be checked upon.
– NXT Champion Bron Breakker & Apollo Crews were fishing talking about their match for the title in NXT: Deadline. While they were friendly & praised each other’s movesets, they did say that all bets would be off for their match.
– Bryson Montana was in the ring but was hit with a chokeslam by Sanga as Veer Mahan looked with pleasure. Javier Bernal made his way to the ring but pretended to be injured to evade Indus Sher. Veer said that he noticed Julius was injured but emphasized that they will wait until they are in 100% condition. The Creed Brothers came to the ramp to confront them
– Duke Hudson & Andre Chase were backstage before a super-hyped Thea Hail revealed that she was scheduled for a match. She revealed that she would be facing Isla Dawn, to which Hudson was bamboozled while Chase was unbothered. Hudson expressed his concern, but Chase slammed the locker door and told him he made his decision.
– Sol Ruca & Amari Miller were doing a Tik Tok Dance as Edris Enofe & Malik Blade argued with Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen backstage.
Tony D’Angelo (w/ Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo) vs. Xyon Quinn.
The two began the match locking up before Tony got Quinn in a headlock. D’Angelo ran the ropes before hitting a shoulder tackle on Quinn, but Quinn responded by hitting corner spears and an Irish Whip. Quinn went for a DVD, but D’Angelo hit a lariat before hitting body shots & a suplex on Quinn. Quinn hit punches and a headbutt on D’Angelo, but D’Angelo responded with a back elbow before hitting Samoan Drop on D’Angelo. D’Angelo punched Quinn in the head from ringside before coming back in the ring and hitting a Spinebuster. D’Angelo hit the Back Suplex Slam on Quinn for the pinfall win.
Winner: Tony D’Angelo (w/ Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo).
– After the match, Tony D’Angelo cut a promo in the ring and called out NXT North American Champion Wes Lee for taking him out. Lee came to the ring to confront D’Angelo, but STacks interrupted before Lee told D’Angelo to switch to Decaf Coffee to chill out. Lee told D’Angelo that he had unfinished business, but Dijak cut a promo from the titantron. Dijak called D’Angelo a thug & told Lee to keep his name out of his mouth. Stacks pushed Lee, but Lee pushed Stacks back before evading the ring as a screenshot of Dijak was in the titantron for some reason.
– In a backstage segment, Hank Walker explained to Charlie Dempsey that he wanted the same respect everyone gets and told him that if he wanted a match, he just had to say the word. Dempsey accepted his challenge and told him he would show he did not belong.
– There was a vignette of SCRYPTS backstage, speaking in a poem and addressing his re-debut. SCRYPTS said that he would continued to target the chosen ones.
Charlie Dempsey vs. Hank Walker.
The two locked up before Walker leaned Dempsey in the corner, but Dempsey responded with an uppercut and a slap. Walker leaned Dempsey int eh corner and hit a Big Veal on Dempsey, but Dempsey punched Walker and got a headlock on Walker. Walker went for a lariat, but Dempsey attacked the arm and locked in a Kimura Lock, but Dempsey reversed it with a body slam. Dempsey hit a forearm strike and slammed Waker in the middle turnbuckle before hitting an uppercut & another Kimura lock on Walker, but Drew Gulak came to the ring to watch Dempsey. Dempsey attacked Walker’s back and hyper-extended the arm, but Walker broke the hold with forearm strikes before hitting Thesz Press. Walker hit a corner splash, a hammer throw into a corner splash, a face slam, a forearm strike, and went for a big boot before Dempsey hit a Gotch-style Dragon Screw. Dempsey hyper-extended Walker’s knee before locking in the Regal Stretch for the submission win.
Winner: Charlie Dempsey.
– There was a vignette of Zoey Stark ahead of her involvement on the Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge on Deadline, saying that it would be her time to make history because it was all about her.
– Grayson Waller said that he would host The Grayson Waller effect in the Main Event, calling himself the odds-on favorite to win the Men’s Iron Survivor Challenge in an interview with McKenzie Mitchell.
– NXT Tag Team Champions Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince & Kit Wilson) presented a remix version of “A Christmas Story” in an in-ring segment. In the remake, Pretty Deadly made themselves the protagonists of the story and correctly criticized the crowd for calling Futbol “soccer” before saying that they would never lose. Pretty Deadly said that 2023 would be Pretty Deadly’s year, but were interrupted by The New Day (Kofi Kingston & Xavier Woods). Kingston & Woods challenged Pretty Deadly to match at NXT Deadline for the Tag Titles. Kingston & Woods attacked Pretty Deadly in the ring with all the Christmas props before sending them out of the ring with stereo thrust kicks as they lifted the NXT Tag Titles in the air.
– Isla Dawn played with an Oujia board backstage, saying she hoped Alba Fyre was watching her first match in NXT against Thea Hail.
– McKenzie Mitchell sneaked up on Javier Bernal backstage for an interview as he looked over his shoulder. Bernal said that Mitchell’s arguments were anti-Big Body Javi. Mitchell interviewed Ikeman Jiro and asked him what he thought of Bernal, to which Jiro responded by calling him “Big Body Chicken”.
Isla Dawn vs. Thea Hail (w/ Andre Chase & Duke Hudson).
The match began with the two locking up before Dawn leaned Hail in the corner and hit a snap-mare PK on Hail. Dawn hit an uppercut and Meteora on Hail as Chase & Hudson were bamboozled. Dawn got a half-nelson choke on Hail, but Hail powered off the hold and hit four punches, two back elbow strikes, an uppercut, an exploder-suplex, and a springboard senton on Dawn for a near fall. Dawn hit a wheelbarrow into a face slam before hitting a head kick and the Bloody Sunday on Hail. Dawn saw Chase’s worried face and hit another Bloody Sunday as she stared daggers at Chase before getting the pinfall win.
Winner: Isla Dawn.
– Alba Fyre attacked Isla Dawn after the match before the referees separated the two wrestlers. Dawn misted a referee as she escaped the ring.
– Kiana James was in a vignette with her assistant, Giovanna Eburneo, backstage. Jame said that she would turn winning the Iron Survivor Challenge into winning NXT Gold.
– There was a vignette of Layra Valkyria, with Valkyria saying she would make her NXT Debut next week.
Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen vs. Edris Enofe & Malik Blade (w/ Odyssey Jones).
Enofe hit a diving lariat and landed a series of punches on Jensen to begin the match. Blade & Enofe hit a pump kick into a Springboard lariat on Jensen for a near fall. Blade hit a leaping dropkick on Blade. Blade hit a hip toss on Jensen, but Briggs responded with. shoulder tackle on Blade. Jensen & Briggs hit a double uppercut on Blade. Jensen got a wrist lock on Blade but was distracted by Giovanna Eburneo placing something on his jacket. Blade attacked Jensen before hitting a Triangle Moonsault on Briggs to the outside. Enofe hit a V-Trigger and a Diving Elbow drop on Jensen for a near fall. Von Wagner attacked Odyssey Jones as Jensen hit a Leg Lariat on Enofe. Briggs & Jensen hit the Total Elimination on Enofe for the pinfall win.
Winners: Josh Briggs & Brooks Jensen.
– There was a promo from Roxanne Perez ahead of her involvement in the Women’s Iron Survivor Challenge. Perez said that she wanted another challenge for the NXT Women’s Title, and said that she had to stop talking losing and aim to win the match. She looked in the mirror during this.
– Brooks Jensen & Josh Briggs were with Fallon Henley backstage, with Jensen revealing he got a VIP ticket for NXT Deadline.
Women’s Iron Survivor Wild Card Qualifier Match.
Indi Hartwell vs. Wendy Choo vs. Fallon Henley.
Hartwell hit a series of body slams on Henley & Choo to begin the match. Choo & Henley double teamed on Hartwell before Choo got a headlock on Henley. Hartwell got a double pin on Henley & Choo for a near fall. Choo pushed Hartwell to evade the Bulldog before Henley hit a dropkick for a near fall. Choo & Henley exchanged strikes before Choo got an O’Connor Roll for a near fall. Choo attacked Hartwell in the corner, hit a shotgun dropkick on Henley, and went for a diving elbow drop before Henley hit a single-leg dropkick on Choo for a near fall. Henley hit a double-Tijeras on Hartwell & Choo before hitting a sliding forearm on Choo, but Hartwell greeted her with a big boot on the outside. Back in the ring, Hartwell hit an Irish Whip on Choo before hitting an uppercut and a side slam on Choo for a near fall. Hartwell got a cross-arm headlock on Choo, but Choo broke the hold by hitting an arm drag before punching her out of the ring, but Henley dropped Choo from behind for a near fall. Choo hit a snap mare kick on Henley for a near fall. Choo went to the top rope, but Hartwell took down Choo and had her hanging on the top turnbuckle before Hartwell tossed Henley onto Choo. Henley got a roll-up on Hartwell for a near fall. Henley laid in the strikes, hit a double corner splash on Choo & Hartwell, and hit a face slam on Hartwell before Choo threw herself to break the pin. Henley & Choo exchanged strikes before the two hit chops on Hartwell, but Hartwell punched the two before hitting a big boot on Henley. Choo tripped Hartwell before hitting an Overhead Suplex on Henley, a cartwheel corner splash, and went for a forearm strike on Hartwell, but Hartwell responded with. a spinebuster on Choo for a near fall. Hartwell placed Henley on the top rope and went for a Suplexplex, but Choo got Hartwell and hit a German Suplex on Hartwell to complete the Tower of Doom. Choo got a near fall on Henley, but Hartwell got Choo with a big boot. Henley got a crucifix pin for a near fall, but Henley tossed Hartwell out of the ring. Choo hit a stalling Brainbuster on Henley for a near fall before climbing to the top rope and hitting the Vader Splash, but Hartwell tossed Choo out of the ring. Hartwell took a few steps back and hit the Hidden Blade on Henley for the pinfall win.
Winner: Indi Hartwell.
– NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose, Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne were backstage in the Toxic Lounge before Indi Hartwell interrupted. Hartwell told her that she would dethrone Rose and that the clock would continue ticking on her.

– Grayson Waller hosted “The Grayson Waller” with Carmelo Hayes, JD McDonagh & Carmelo Hayes. McDonagh and Hayes argued before McDonagh told him that he would walk into the Lion’s Den before bragging that he had a bigger gas tank than anyone. Hayes told Waller that he could not go 25 minutes. Gacy said that he would wait until the pool is revealed and would see to see how it is aligned. Axiom said that he would adapt to the match and said that he hope he & JD start the match because he did not forget about what McDonagh did to him. Gacy said that he hoped to be the 4th man in the math to take advantage of everyone’s tired gas. Hayes pointed out Gacy & McDonagh already had their shot but they missed against Breakker and emphasized that he would not miss. Waller got greeted with. headbutt from McDonagh as the brawl ensued in the ring. Waller hit a Tope Con Giro on the pile on the outside. The referees came in to cut off the brawl as the broadcast ended.
