Rhea Ripley Loves Getting Fans ‘Worked Up’ Over Her Dynamic With Dominik Mysterio And Being A Menace

Rhea Ripley loves getting fans riled up, especially when it comes in response to her pairing with Dominik Mysterio.

Rhea Ripley loves getting fans riled up, especially as a result of her pairing with Dominik Mysterio.

For weeks, Ripley and The Judgment Day targeted Rey Mysterio’s son, and “The Nightmare” dominated Dominik on a regular basis. She eventually convinced him to turn on his father and join the group. Since then, Ripley has referred to herself as Dominik’s papi, and she recently stated that he can call her that, or his mami, as long as he knows she’s one of them.

Speaking with Metro, Ripley discussed the reaction to her dynamic with Dominik. With a laugh, she noted that she has seen the response, and she loves being a menace on WWE TV.

“Oh I’ve seen! Being a menace is the one thing I really enjoy doing, so I’m loving every second of it picking on everyone,” Ripley said.

The former Raw Women’s Champion stated that she “relishes” manipulating fans in order to get a reaction, which drives her to ramp her antics up.

“A lot, I guess! I mean, I relish in it, I really do. I enjoy every second – especially knowing how worked up everyone’s gonna be about it. That just drives me to being more of a menace in a way! [laughs] But yeah, I love what I do, I am enjoying it,” Ripley said.

Ripley also discussed her chemistry with Balor and Priest, and she emphasized that she’s enjoying her time in the group.

“It’s insane. I get along with them boys so well – even Priest, we’ve been friends for so long now. We’ve always talked about wanting to do an inter-gender tag match together, we are so similar. I wore the dude’s gear when I lost my gear, that’s how similar we are! It’s really cool being in a group with them boys, and just going out there and actually having fun and doing our thing! It’s great,” she said.

Ripley previously discussed her heel turn. You can check out her comments here.
