Women’s Action Added To UFC Fight Night 110
A women’s strawweight division attraction is the latest addition to the UFC Fight Night 110 card as JJ Aldrich is in action against Nadia Kassem.
Aldrich (4-2-0) is currently winless under the UFC banner, having dropped a fight to Juliana Lima via unanimous decision at UFC Fight Night 102. Aldrich also competed on the UFC Ultimate Fighter 23, where she dropped a decision to eventual reality show winner Tatiana Suarez. Aldrich won three of four in Invicta FC competition, having defeated Delaney Owen, Lynn Alvarez and Rosa Acevedo.
Kassem (4-0-0) is going to be making her UFC debut in this fight and none of her professional MMA fights have gone past the opening round. Kassem has been competing for just under two years now and her total fight time’s less than three minutes. Kassem’s only fight to ever go past the first round was her lone amateur MMA fight, which was a second round submission victory over Morgan Graham in 2015.
UFC Fight Night 110 takes place on Saturday, June 10 from the Vector Arena in Auckland, New Zealand with Derrick Lewis and Mark Hunt headlining. Fightful is providing live coverage of the event, which airs live on Fox Sports 1.
