Welterweights Headlining LFA 44
A welterweight division clash is going to be headlining the Legacy Fighting Alliance 44 card as Matthew Frincu is seeing action against Christian Aguilera.
Frincu (12-3-0) has won three of four fights under the LFA banner, with the latest victory coming over Roman Alcantar at LFA 31 earlier this year. Frincu also won two of three in the World Series Of Fighting, with those victories coming over the duo of Eric Regan and Danny Davis Jr. Frincu hasn’t seen one of his bouts go the distance in well over a year, with the last fight to do so coming against Kris Hocum at LFA 5.
Aguilera (11-4-0) is currently undefeated under the LFA banner, having beaten Ricardo Seixas by second round knockout at LFA 36 and Maicon Mendonca by first round knockout at LFA 30. Aguilera has fought a total of fifteen times as a professional MMA fighter and none of his bouts have ended ended by submission. Aguilera had an extensive amateur MMA career as well, winning eight of eleven before turning pro in 2013.
