UFC Fight Night: Munhoz vs. Edgar Prelims Highlights: Comeback TKO & Doctor Stoppage

Jordan Wright sliced up Ike Villanueva en route to a quick doctor stoppage, and Trevin Jones had arguably the best come-from-behind finish of 2020 at UFC Fight Night: Munhoz vs. Edgar.

Amanda Lemos def. Mizuki Inoue by unanimous decision (30-27, 30-27, 30-27)

Lemos dropped Inoue in round one with a right straight and continued to control her across rounds two and three for a unanimous and lopsided decision.

Jordan Wright def. Ike Villanueva by TKO via doctor stoppage (1:31, R1)

It was a short night at the office for Wright who wrapped things quick with slicing knees. Wright dropped Villanueva with a spinning back-kick and snatched him. Wright fired off knees that shredded his opponent. A doctor was called in to check on the cut and ruled Villanueva unable to continue.

Matt Semelsberger def. Carlton Minus by unanimous decision (30-26, 30-27, 29-28)

Semelsberger proved to be the more effective and versatile fighter in a competitive-enough fight that drew three different scorecards from the judges.

Trevin Jones def. Timur Valiev by TKO via strikes (1:59, R2)

Wow! Jones absorbed all manners of strikes after being dropped to the body in round one. He made it round two by the skin of his teeth, only to come alive and TKO Valiev midway through the round.
