UFC Fight Night 95 & Rizin 2016 Openweight GP 2016 TV Ratings
This past weekend was a big one for MMA fans, as they were treated to a pair of big shows in UFC Fight Night 95 and the Rizin 2016 Openweight Grand Prix Opening Round.
The UFC Fight Night 95 event drew a total of 1,109,000 viewers altogether, making it the most watched UFC event of free TV in three years, and the most watched free televised UFC event headlined by women of all time. The previously most watched free TV UFC event headlined by women was the UFC Ultimate Fighter: Jedrzejczyk vs. Gadelha Fiinale and that show drew 1,086,000 viewers.
By the time the main event of Cristiane “Cyborg” Justino and Lina Lansberg was set to begin, 1,326,000 viewers watched the fight. The Fox Sports 1 portion of the preliminary card, with Gilbert Burns and Michel Prazeres in the featured spot, drew an average of 838,000 viewers. The Fox Sports 1 post-fight show drew an average of 348,000 viewers, the weigh-ins drew an average viewership of 50,000 viewers.
The Rizin 2016 Openweight Grand Prix Opening Round event drew a grand total of 10,000,000 viewers according to Bruno Massami of GazetaeSportiva.com. His Twitter post with the announcement can be seen below.

Rizin featured the likes of Mirko CroCop, Kron Gracie, Gabi Garcia, and Charles "Krazy Horse" Bennett.
