“We’re incredibly disappointed by the technical difficulties that were experienced Saturday night, and we’re working with our vendor NeuLion to assess exactly what happened,” said a statement issued to USA Today.
Showtime has stated that they will issue refunds at the point of sale, while UFC representatives are currently planning their own way to issue refunds.
UFC President Dana White also ensured the fans that they are going to be taken care of in the end.
“Nothing is more important to the UFC than our fans,” said White in a prepared statement. “They’ve always been incredibly loyal and supportive and we’ll always take care of them.”
